No centralized Ac in the hotel , hence was very hot, humid and suffocating in the corridor Also the seashore on the backside of the hotel was dirty and not clean and not properly maintained, so didn’t feel like visiting the beach outside the hotel

The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of Sur. There’s plenty of parking and on both occasions we stayed there it seemed like we had the whole place to ourselves. Friendly, helpful staff, great service and good food.

Still mosquito was there, so I killed one mosquito. And it was quite unfortunate that Hotel removed bathtub.

The people that renovated the room did not take care in their work and left paint and tile cement on the furniture and floor.

I was upgraded to a room with receiving area. I did not like my room because it does not have windows. The room is located within the hotel. I got scared whenever i passed by the hall. Felt creepy. No enough lighting.

It is near the beach. The staff are great. I forgot their names, they are Indians I think, but they are accommodating.

Rooms are very small, did not provide extra bed (had requested while booking) provided only mattress. Booked 2 rooms for 2 night but stayed only 1 night and requested to cancel one night n refund but they charged us OMR 17.50 per room for only 4 hours late checkout and adjusted full amount which I feel was not justified

The room was not the largest, but the hotel is undergoing a renovation to make rooms larger. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The hotel is right on Sur Beach. We had a balcony with an ocean view, and there was a public walkway down the beach.. The wifi was good, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good with a good selection of different things. If you have a car there is plenty of parking with many spots shaded.

The door locks are a bit old fashioned with these often jammed keys or locks – however, soon you know how to handle these doors...

The add-on "Beach" in the hotel's name is perhaps a little misleading: yes, the beach is there, very close even, BUT it is narrow, a bit polluted by plastic waste and not at all suitable for swimming or sunbathing. Nevertheless, the view from our two rooms was excellent due to this proximity to the water line (for people with light sleep: be aware of the sound of the sea waves). Not so attractive bathing atmosphere at the small scale swimming pool. The large enough car park is just outside the building = easy to transport luggage to the elevator and the rooms. Breakfast is served buffet style, very Indian, not much "intercultural choice". All major tourist attractions of Sur are within 5-10 min driving time.

People are friendly and do their very best. Not really a resort to spend your holidays.. This hotel needs an update. Theres better to be found in the area. Hard beds. breakfast ok, but :Instant coffee for breakfast !?
