OmanI stayed in #109, the main door even after I closed there was a gap...it became difficult for me to get the sleep as the light could pass through it .The bath mat had chewing gum stuck which they put back side. The dustbin in the bathroom was broken, which was informed to the receptionist. The bedsheet looked little dull kind of yellowish, had stains like.
Mr. Tanmay at the reception was very helpful, he always had a smile on his face, although I saw him from morning to late night at the reception. Very hardworking guy.The hotel is located at the right place and it is more convenient.

Very helpful and friendly staff at a good enough hotel. They organized breakfast for me, although they don't offer meal options and put me in copy with a great couple of guides to do two hikes/tours with them around Nizwa.

CanadaFridge smelled terrible. Our sink broke, spewing gross water. Staff moved us to room next door, which was smaller and had fewer amenities. Right away, three things (inconsequential items) also broke.
Great location, nice restaurant attached, friendly staff. Delivers on promise of wifi, air conditioning, showers. Great if you don't mind a little disrepair and need somewhere close to the souqs to crash.

IndiaBreakfast was good. But can be better. Staffs are friendly. The room is very good but we took a room with two single beds, the mattress of both the beds could be better, they were good but the management should change them as in some places the hard springs could be felt while sleeping. Though overall the room was very good.
Easy check-in, and staff behavior especially of Mr. Tanmoy, Amol, Kiran, and others in the reception were very good. Cleanliness was as expected. Very calm and peaceful place.

OmanTill afternoon we were in touch with the hotel about our arrival between 4-5 o' clock. On arrival, the reception staff told us of the unavailability of the room due to a non working AC and some other electrical problems. He referred us to another hotel nearby, where we shifted, name Majan Guest House. It is an old hotel with, smelly corridors, awful colour schemes, poorly lit, and old room and it's facilities and poor service. And above all, this hotel charged us same as Tanuf Residency, which was double his normal rate. It was a poor experience to book with Tanuf Residency hotel.
