Lot of cockroaches. Absence of proper help at night, we did not have water supply in room at night, we tried the reception number multiple times but there was no response. Then we wandered throughout the office , security room and the whole campus, also shouted to see if anyone could hear us, but no response for 15 minutes. I suppose this is a.managment issue and not issue of staff not responding. Might be staff were busy. There was no contact number or WhatsApp number mentioned inside room so that one can contact in case of emergency. After all the property is at the top of the hill and anyone may require medical help or other help at night.

We were there on Eid, so it was full and a lot of kids, was impossible to get a place at the pool. The menu is a bit too Indian, I was hoping it would be more Arabic in such a place. The prices for SPA are too much - 50 riyals and more

The view is great, the temperature is 10 degrees less than in Muscat, so good for summer. The staff are super nice. Very big and comfortable bed

The single bed was not the most comfortable and the bathwater was not quite hot enough.

Phenomenal views out across the valley below. Stunning infinity pool. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Getting to dinner just before sunset was magical as you enjoyed the views of the mountains saturated in golden light before the valley floor was transformed into sparkling jewels as the city lights glistened in the night mirrored by the clear starlight skies above. Modern bathrooms.

Not much of shaded area to escape the mid-day heat (except for staying within the room or restaurant area and enjoying the view). However, temperatures drop at around sunset and makes it very comfortable and enjoyable to be in the open (visited in April).

Amazing view & sunset! quiet and laid-back. Very friendly staff and smooth check-in. Received a free room upgrade and discount on meals. Nothing to worry about the drive if you are in a 4X4. Possible in a car but not recommended.

I love that the property was perched on the mountain and the calmness of the place. Hiking activities are easily accessible, and after the hike, you can jump into the pool to view Al Hamra village. I stayed in this place twice already in one month.

The name is the program! Amazing location in the middle of the mountains! We had a cabin in the very first row, so the view was absolutely stunning! For dinner they are serving a 5 course menu where you can choose between different kinds of soup/salad/main dishes and dessert. Only the temperature of the water in the pool was a little too cold for us.

Very expensive. I mean very. I opted for the shuttle service from down the hill even though I had a 4x4 vehicle because of certain reviews I read about how difficult it can be to go up. IT IS NOT DIFFICULT AT ALL, save yourself 70 dollars for a 15min ride (!), you really just need a 4x4 vehicle but the road is large, large enough to cross path with another vehicle without having to do anything special, I was expecting a wall at your right and a chasm/precipice on your left but nothing (see my pics). Anyway that made me regret a bit my stay there, with the price of the room they should have a free or at least cheap shuttle service for that 15-20min ride

The view is incredible, the hotel's name is not a catch. Everything seems pretty new and well treated. The breakfast was nice and included in the price I paid. I'm not into tourist chit-chat and the place wasn't overcrowded at the time of visit, very calm. +1 for the bathtub, you can have a bath with the incredible view of the city by night or in the morning sunrise! Finally, the pool is just breathtaking, because of the view... but also because of the temperature 🥶. Don't forget you'll be in the mountains so is a bit colder than downstairs so the pool is... very refreshing. It wasn't a real problem, that said, it would be incredible if the pool was heated in the colder months.

The double bed that I had were two single beds put together. The floor was not carpeted, vinyl, or tiled.

The location is excellent if you are looking for quiet, away from city life. You can hike pretty much anywhere from the hotel.

The room felt a bit basic for the price. There was no hairdryer and the water pressure in the shower was poor at peak times. The dining room was very cramped, with little space between the tables, not ideal for a buffet.

The view was exceptional. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice. There was a good choice at the buffet dinner. The last 12kms of the road to access the property is very rough, so you really need a 4 wheel drive.

Location is truly worth the drive (2WD do-able, be patient nd know your car!, 4WD is much easier!!) Staff was super friendly. Room was spacious.. and the view was stunning!! Food was good, too (miced cuisine I would say)

The hotel is located spectacular. The only suggestion is that the water in the pool should be heated in the winter. Especially at this price point. At the beginning of February, it was painful to get in. The next night, we stayed in a hotel in the middle of the desert, and they managed to have a heated pool
