Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United Arab EmiratesPros : Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Bed and pillow is very comfortable. Cons : Not enough towels provided, abit annoyed with that since they place only 1 towel in the room. We had to request many times only to be given 1 extra towel with an annoyed face by the house keeping. Toilet has a weird musky smell. Breakfast was plain. Overall, not the best hotel to stay with family.

Czech RepublicOkay, so it’s not family hotel at all. I read the reviews few hours before we stayed there (with already booked and paid room) and I was stressed. It’s true that there is a room or I don’t know what, next to the elevator where you can’t have short clothes and you can’t take pictures (so I think most of the ladies stay there). And when we arrived at 5am one „lady” was coming back from the room with cash in the hand and looked strange. Another morning we woke up early and had breakfast early with those strange landies. There were a lot of them (like 5-6)? They came with the men’s but they didn’t sit with them at the table (guess why) and also they were wearing strange clothes, like you can see the asses and boobs (which is also strange, because you are in the Oman). One of the ladies took the breakfast to the room with the guy. And after that, they were sitting in the hall (one women with 3 guys :) and I think they were discussing about another service or who knows. They are security guys but they don’t care. We were at the 6th floor so we didn’t hear nothing, but it’s strange to be at the hotel with those girls and thinking about those things. The bathroom smelled bad after few hours and the hair-dryer didn’t work.
We had room 616, which was almost at the top of the hotel which was really nice - we had amazing view from the window. It was nice room, big enough. Breakfast was really good and there were a lot of option. The guys from the kitchen were filling the empty bowls all the time.

Not well lighted and no desk lamp to use if doing work. Staff wasn't quick to respond with requests. You need several follow-ups before they act.
The facility is nice and clean. Good value for money. Great location. Comfortable clean bed. Spacious Bathroom.
