I couldn’t say enough good things about this property as well as staff. I have never felt so close to home despite being so far away. Each member made us feel seen, important and valued. We left feeling like we made friends for a lifetime, if not family. For us it’s not a matter of if we will come back it’s when. This place is special and you’re genuinely missing out by not stopping in.

It is a bit pricey, European price standards. And there are no options to eat or drink anywhere else if you don't have your own transport (see my motorcycle suggestion). So that can be a bit limiting, and the reason why location and value I rated lower. Everything else was perfect.

Wonderful people, Gabi, Federico, and everyone else! Even though it is a hotel-like place, they made me feel very welcome. The nature is amazing. You must visit the lagoon beach. And I recommend to see the entire island as well. Starfish beach is nearby if you take the shuttle or motorcycle. P.S. a useful hint - you can rent a motorcycle and get to the bungalows, no one tried it before apparently, but it is not so bad. It will save you some money if you plan to see the island.

We had an excellent time at Bird Island Bungalows. From the moment we arrived we were able to disconnect and just be present at this beautiful property. The staff were very attentive and friendly and always looking after us. The views are spectacular whether enjoying them from the deck, the pool or one of the two private beaches. Breakfast was well served and delicious. I'd highly recommend the granola. All in all we had a very relaxing time at Bird Island Bungalows and we sad to leave but we'll certainly be back some day soon!

This locale is not for everyone. You are in the jungle and off the grid 100%. The road to enter is a 20 min dirt road. That said we had a spectacular time. The location is so beautiful!! The staff are genuine, friendly and so helpful. The cabin we stayed in was beautiful a great view of the Oceqm and the Jungel around us. The staff were very helpful to arrange excursions. The pool delightful, the lookout a great vantage point. One reminder, maybe pack a light blanket. It can get cool at night and you have a one sheet and a single light throw in the room. We made due with our towels for extra layers. So happy we ventured to this true island paradise.

Maybe it’s a bit expensive 5$ per person to go to Bocas del drago maybe it could be a fixed prices and we could share the total with other and the staff could arrange to group people if they want

Amazing places with a lot of free services. You can see animals toucans, perrezosos. And the view is amazing so is the food !

The staff is fantastic, from the driver to the barkeeper and the receptionist all try to make the stay special. The remote location with the view straight to the wild ocean makes it a great place for a few peaceful days.

Location is a bit far and the road is bad but they organize a pick up. If you are adventurous as we are riding a scooter is okay but better atv!

Amazing place and the view is breathtaking. Remind me of Ibiza overloking Es Vedra! Cocktails are good.l and stuff as well.

Dinner at this hotel is not cheap, and there are no restaurants close by. Prices are in line with a mid-range hotel, but the portions are very small

This hotel is a little paradise. I really suggest to book here if you want a relaxing and/or romantic moment. I will surely back in future

There is literally nothing we did not like!

It is perched on the edge of the jungle and over looks the most impressive view of the ocean and bird island! The property itself is so unique - the pool, the surroundings, the nirvana of trees, birds, trails and stretches of untouched beaches - unbelievable! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the chef is incredible!

The mattress was to soft.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bird Island. The views from the common-areas are beautiful and the staff is really nice. The nearby beach is one of most beautiful we saw on our whole trip and there is literally noone. As the place is very remote you have to eat there too. The food was priced resasonable and was good overall. Not execptional but tasty and healthy.

We didn’t know that the property only could be reached by a 4x4 car. Max, one of the staff members, arranged to get our car parked and a transfer to the property, which was great!

Very nice bungalow with an amazing sea view! Delicious and fresh breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed atmosphere. We loved it!

The deserts on the menu were not as good as the high standart this place put up.

We enjoyed the perfect view and relaxing and quiet location with so much nature around you. We had a beatiful pool, privat beach and yoga deck. There is a beautiful sweet water lagoon near by. Great crue and manager - Niko!

The road to get to the property is under construction so it takes a bit of time to get out of there but Bocas Town isn’t very nice anyway

The employees at BIB were so friendly and accommodating. The view is stunning and we really enjoyed the outdoor shower in the room.

Breakfast could be better.

Amazing location overlooking the bird island. Ideal to relax and disconnect in a remote and beautiful natural place. The pool and private beaches are stunning. Ideal to watch the sunset while enjoying Nico’s happy hour drinks :)

We had a few cockroaches in our room, however, it‘s the jungle so I guess that happens.

What a gem in the jungle, it‘s very calm, beaches are very close, the view is stunning and the food is good. We also really enjoyed the walk to the lagoon and the paddle to bird island.

No complaints at all really enjoyed the experience

Location was amazing, sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was incredible. Beautiful little beach. Staff were super friendly. Food was really good, loved the breakfast. Those scrambled eggs are so tasty would highly recommend.
