Everything was newly renovated, air conditioning in the rooms which was essential. Staff were friendly and very accomodating to all inquiries. The food was exceptional - honestly would stay here again every time I am in Bocas Town.

United StatesI don't like that they got rid of the communal kitchen. This used to be a hostel, but is going more towards a hotel now. There were lots of families staying there. I also thought the staff were not very nice. Although most of the servers were great, I saw pretty bad hygiene practices from one waitress in particular on several occasions and very few of the hostel staff were helpful (though there were 2 women who were REALLY helpful behind the desk).
I really liked the air con in all of the rooms. I had a premium 4 bed dorm with a balcony. The view was great. They clean everyday which is dope, but was strange that they made my bed everyday too (they kept moving my things)... I also loved the Saturday Sunset Sessions with house music from 3-9pm

United KingdomThere was construction outside which was quite loud and would start early but that’s not really their fault. The walls are also quite thin so you’d hear people in the hallways.
Great location, walking distance to everything but removed from the main boat areas. Good WiFi to work remote. Morning yoga was also good. Comfortable rooms and beds. Fun vibes downstairs although the deck could benefit from a few more sun beds/comfortable lounge seats.

United StatesI walked from the info center in town. It would be nice to have a water taxi to bring people to the property. I also don’t like the name has Bocas Town in it. I wanted Bocas Town hotel and chose this instead. I was upset at first, but you exceeded my expectations.

GermanyThe email communication via booking.com was somehow hacked and annoying as it called for credit card confirmation after reservation sometimes even twice a day. Also, only US-based contact phone number was included in the confirmation email, not the local Panamian one. Finally, the tour to Zapatilla island we booked there turned out not really a star type event.
The location, last on our vacational 3 weeks travel plan in Panama, suited very well our needs. Centrally positioned in Bocas Town with direct access to the sea and boat operations. Good breakfast system and easy access into the room. Very friendly and very helpful staff. Also, it offers spaces for chilling, yoga and other get-together activities.

GermanyShowers were kind of dirty with lots of hair on the floor and door didn't lock which may make other female travelers uncomfortable given the mixed dorm. 10 dollars for a Pina colada is a bit heavy, would have loved a little discount for guests. Also, 1 hour waiting time for breakfast sucks if you want to head out early for activities.
Pods were amazing, bed super comfy and even had a second pillow! AC in room which might have even been a bit too cold for me. Water tap on second floor.

Great facilities, lovely view, expensive treat and wished I'd not messed my dates up as I might have spoilt myself and stayed there rather than going to the 6 bed dorm as the 4 bed dorm I first stayed in was true to life in the pictures and I got lulled into a false sense of security by the pictures on the web site showing the 6 bed dorm which in fact looked nothing like the pictures which was a shame. This party of my stay exceeded my expectations the 2nd but didn't x
