It was close to supermarkets and restaurants. There is a small restaurant two blocks away and the owner will make special dishes since he does the cooking. He made my friend a veggie pumpkin burger. The apartment was private and easy to go do things.

Was glad we were on third floor because of street noise. Balcony doors all had wood insets because locks didn’t work. Without them, I would not have felt safe as 2 women travellers. With them, it was fine. Maybe just needs a bit of a facelift but for the price? Excellent!

Great location- 10 min walk to touristy part of town but was really quiet here. Lots of supermarkets around. Had everything we basically needed, though kitchen stuff was pretty old. But we were able to make coffee and breaky everyday so great for that. Big fridge. Beds were comfy. All the basics were clean - beds, bathroom etc. Just had a sense of being a little rundown. Honestly we didn’t care. Air conditioning worked great. Shower was good.

This place is awesome as you get a whole apartment to yourself. The host is super friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The property is walking distance from the airport, the main dock and the tourist area which is where you find all the best activities and restaurants.

Lovey light apartment with balconies all round. Very comfortable and pleasant. Good kitchen and seating areas. Plenty of space. Wish we had stayed longer.

Cleanliness of place. Maintenance staff not doing a good job (came to fix a leaky faucet in kitchen after we notified facility management. They did replace piping but left the mess to clean to us including removed pipes... and failed to check that the leak was actually fixed. It leaked again from the same spot right away).

Location and price point. Facility management easy to reach.

The chickens next door were a little noisy .

It was a regular apartment with huge bathroom and good kitchen facilities. The bed was super comfortable- the whole place very clean. Staff were great- we had last minute laundry they did for us without complaint.air conditioning was great.good location about 1/2 mile from the action in town- easy to get a taxi as it’s on a main road.

Narrow balcony, view of the next building. Missing bed sheets - managed by ourself somehow at night. The bedrooms are really very tiny. Very early wake up by local roosters and dogs (not caused by the property, of course).

Size of the appartement, kitchen and living room area are big. Cosmetics in the bathroom. Good beds. Location - close to 2 supermarkets, airport (9 mins to walk).

Needed blackout drapes for bedrooms. The security light gives a constant sense of daylight. More money could be spent to spruce up the apartment, furnishings, curtains.. and hangers!!! First floor apartment looked right out on the courtyard and every word spoken could be heard inside the apartment!

We loved Roxy! Kitchen was equipped well enough. Cutlery not so much. Property had nice Aesthetics on the outside.

The refrigerator did not work, the freezer on the top worked fine. The bathroom sink drained slowly enough that we used the kitchen for brushing teeth and other things. I did not bring these things to the attention of management as they were rather trivial for us.

The location was a bit noisy right on a popular street but getting away from the noise is very hard in Bocas. It was 20 minute leisurely walk to town or very easy to get a taxi for a dollar per person. All things considered I would rent this property again.

Won't accept credit cards. We stayed for a week and had to take the money from the ATM in several goes. It's old and needs furniture, equipment and bedding replacing.

The staff. Roxy the manager was super helpful and friendly.. Good location, 10/15 min walk to the centre of Bocas. Close to a supermarket.

Staff was impecable, the manager of the suites allowed us to stay at another room as I believed I was bitten by this bugs on the 1 bedroom apartment when I napped on the sofa. He was accomodating enought to allow us to stay at the 2 bedroom unit that was available without any extra charge. The price was very good for the other places we saw in the Island of Colon as it had a kitchen, kitchen utensiles are as run down as it gets. The place was extremely dirty. They had a maintenance lady that would daily seitch the trash bags and change towels at our request. We requested to change the towels twice and she did it the next morning. Beds weren’t made. She didnt mop anything throughout the whole week, which there is always some sand from going to the beach, no cleaning supplies are available for you to diy either. Cleanliness in general in the two units was very mediocre at best.

Ground floor with no usable windows, adjacent to a local pathway... Terrace was unusable, dirty and mouldy, next to abandoned mouldy tractor trailer. Only the very basics in kitchen, no kettle.

There is nothing to like there. Guy at the reception was shirtless, place was filthy, surroundings were in a ghetto, hand towels were missing, big towels had holes in them. Tasteless crappy hole. We left after the first night to a better hotel that we paid ourselves. It was SO DISAPPOINTING to have paid for such a worthless place. Shame on Booking.com to inlist such a cheap ass accomodation!

It has more than 100 pics that are not relevant to the property. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sadly the apartment was smelling funny, not very clean and pillows and mattresses were without any protection they looked filthy.

- No credit cards accepted - Quite far from the center but not too far for a walk in a daylight (by the way, it wasn't that easy to get a taxi in this town) - The room wasn't cleaned during the stay, although it says in the description they would do it daily - They're selling their partners' tours around the Panama area and shuttles to Costa Rican locations. The "shuttle" to San José ($40) was actually a shuttle only to the Panama border. After that it was a six hour drive in a regular bus line without air condition. Besides that, we had to wait about an hour at a water taxi terminal and almost two hours at a very hot bus terminal on the Costa Rican side of the border. I would certainly pay double the price to get a more comfortable transportation experience!
