We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great location—centrally located and directly connected to the mall, which made shopping super convenient. Plenty of good stores and options right at your doorstep!

Breakfast was not included, we knew that so we went to the mall for breakfast. The room was quite worn down, but we also knew that so it didn't bother us. The location is top and that's why we choose this marriott instead of another one. Becauce it's in the mall you can shop and eat and don't have to go anywhere else if you don't want to. I would stay here again if I would like to go shopping. The hotel smelled great, the elevators were good and fast enough. The lobby personnel was friendly.
