Incredible stay. We only were there for one night. So much wish we could’ve stayed longer. Perfect place. Paradise. 100% recommendation. Thanks again to the whole team!

The boats were less modern but not uncomfortable or unsafe

It's was a unique experience. We all thought it was a special experience. 6 of us had a fantastic experience. Fishing was good. Accommodations was rustic but clean comfortable and help make the experience unique

This place has spacious rooms with nice terrace and amazing view on the lake. Place is very well maintained and clean. There is a relaxed atmosphere without any kind of hard rules, pool is so warm!! The food is very nice. Manager is a fantastic guy, funny and always helpful.

Just needs cushions on sunbeds and a few more sunbeds chairs ect ..if you just spent a little cash on TLC it would be top marks painting, kitchens , ect iam not to bothered but people will be

The kayaks for use were in good shape aside from all the seats being moldy and torn. Seems like it would be an easy fix and make them so much more comfortable!

Pierre made our stay exceptional as he went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and wanted. The rooms are very large and clean and when we were there we spent most of our time on the balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. Gorgeous views! The kitchen staff was also very accommodating and kind. It's a fantastic spot to hang out with your camera or binoculars and watch the varied bird life, too!

I spent a very enjoyable three night stay here as a solo traveller. It is a quiet, secluded location. There is kayaking, fishing from the dock when the water is up, or from kayak. There are a few short hiking trails and a pool. The kitchen staff cleaned and cooked the fish i caught for dinner. Gilberto was a very welcoming and helpful host. A nice place to enjoy nature and Lake Gatun and relax.

Very peaceful. Friendly attentive staff. Clean rooms with a/c. Pool was cleaned daily. Included kayaks were fun. Meals were good and reasonably priced. Gilberto made sure we had dinner available even with our later arrival (after 7 pm).

The place is amazing, very peaceful. The stuff is extremely helpful and kind. Special thank you to Gilberto who was very welcoming and nice, sharing some stories about the place and also helped us with a last minute request without any problems. The food is great and super fresher, cooked by lovely ladies. You get to relax and also experience some nature, we have seen animals like caymans, turtles and many birds. We were able to use kayaks which was a lot of fun and the pool itself it’s perfect with an amazing view. Real paradise, I highly recommend it! We rented a car in Panama city and drove here and the road was not so bad as we expected, make sure to follow instructions you receive. You will also get to enjoy a company of two lovely dogs how are the real hosts and guides around the place :)

Our units (12) main light switch didn't work. We mentioned it to the manager, but it wasn't fixed. The shower did not have hot water and the angle of the shower sprayed into the main part of the bathroom. A rain shower would work wonders and install an instant hot water machine. The lake level is very low. I understand that is beyond your control, but it should be me mentioned that the floating docks are not usable, and that would have been a wonderful feature.

Only the sunbeds were kind of old and not very comfortable.

The location was fabulous and the view was just magic,with a very nice swimming pool area.The room was spacious and very comfortable, the restaurant offered delicious panamean food with a friendly service. Fun activities were available and the manager of the hotel was always available to help, advise and was very professional. We loved our stay, it was like being away from the rest of the world for a few days, an ideal place to disconnect with the city but to connect with nature and enjoy the beauty of it.

There was only one issue with the checkout because we had to wait for the host while he was helping a big group of people doing kayaking, for about 30 min.

The hotel was an amazing experience. It really works for disconnecting. There’s hot water and air conditioning, and yes, an amazing view. Additionally, the staff is very friendly, and the host is really good. You can do kayaking on the lake and enjoy really good meals, we really enjoyed.

The food quantity is rather low but its reasonably good. However, i was expecting something a bit better. Hard to find by car if you use google maps.

Very beautiful place. The owner is very friendly. The pool and the pool deck are great. The free to access to kayak I would love to go back some day.

Too far from everything. The uber cost us $80 to get there from Panama City and we had to schedule for him to come back since no one would have taken us from there. We finally decided to leave with the boat. The boat ride cost us $175 .

We had the whole place to ourselves. The whole hotel was empty of people!!

We had a leak from the bathroom where water ran through to the bedroom and made the floor extremely slippery and dangerous. We couldn't work out whether the leak was coming from the toilet or shower and mopped it up with towels. The buffet evening meal was over-priced for what was on offer and with hindsight we wished we'd eaten at the bar both nights.

The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant had a wonderful setting. The staff were super friendly and Natalia especially, who arranged a driver for us to visit the National Park, which we had mistakenly thought was within walking distance. The grounds were great and the pool area was lovely. We were lucky enough to see a sloth on site and we saw lots of wildlife in and around the area, which we loved.

Poor road to get there , a good 2 hrs from the airport. Use Waze app. No hot water!

Lovely setting, nicely appointed rooms, airy and light with relaxing decks. Food was nicely presented and tasty, set meals on the jetty deck.
