The location is on a main street which is a mixed commercial road. So, really, need to go out unless you’re good with being just at the casino.

As it is very centric, I would say it is a OK and budget place to stay in case you don't want to travel from the Azuero beaches to Panama in one go with your children. Otherwise it seems great for business men.

Great location. This is my 2nd stay there. Breakfast is buffet style with local panamenian breakfast option (eggs, hojaldra, tortillas, meat, sausages, etc). Room is big, good bed, comfy. It is well maintained and the staff is super friendly.

The pool hours didn't work for our group. The facilities look like they could use more "tlc", like the bathrooms and the air conditioner units in the bedrooms.

The breakfast was good, some items were a little overdone and it was challenging to figure out how to order. We expected a buffet, but it turned out that some items were buffet style, but the main breakfast was to order from options given by waitress (she did a great job trying to explain and repeat what there was for the main entree). There are people constantly cleaning and ensuring the facilities are spotless.

Main bar lacked atmosphere. Breakfasts were a disappointment. As long as you liked scrambled egg for 7 days! I think an American would not have agreed with the description supposedly breakfast being American. Lacked range and choice of cereals, bread/toast /conserves/pastries, fruit/yogurts., juices. Eat dinner in hotel until served an awful grizzly steak, supposedly a rib eye but the New Yorker steak was fantastic and great value.

Strict rules for the pool area were hardly enforced by the "lifeguard", resulting in kids running around, and jumping in the pool too close to people sunbathing or reading. Music in the pool area at times too loud. Surprised that very few of the staff members spoke anythng but Spanish.

Very attentive staff at the hotel entrance blocking off parking spots with cones to ensure availability for guests. Friendly staff. Good on-site restaurant & bar. The bullding actually looks better than on the photo's on Booking.
