Could have used another towel and toiletries. They had a breakfast menu but not available. Windows are to the courtyard so can't have them open (and shades needed to be down for privacy) Hard to get info on area (no maps or brochures available. )

Central for Pedasi. Parking tight (just at curb). Rooms have good AC but none in public areas. So hot and sticky. but they have a lovely open air patio bar area with some food in the evenings. Shower good. All in all, it was fine. I'd stay again. My husband and I had the Rose Room (king bed) and daughter had a smaller double bed and smaller room.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. The common area is really cosy and it's walking distance to the town center. This was our second time staying here and would definitely stay again.

Hotel met expectations or above and no complaints at all. We would, however, suggest the installation of ceiling fans in the common areas to increase comfort for guests.

Our experience was great in part because we were the only people at the hotel due to it being VERY OFF Season and mid week. Nice outdoor space, comfortable, A/C worked great, hot water shower, access to refrigerator in common areaa, great location - everything walkable. Staff was very responsive and provided extra help for checking in. NOTE: Common areas have no A/C but are very comfortable with lots of seating options, games to play and well lit.

Very beautiful place with cosy and big rooms. We loved our bed and the common area which is really beautiful. Shower was amazing with hot water. There is also a place to park the car. We arrived late in the night and there was no problem to do the checkin :)

We asked for an extra single bed to be put in the room as we were 5 people and they said no because of security reasons, yett the room was huge and could easily have fitted another bed.

Really beautiful place with very modern and spacious rooms. We stayed in the family room which was very big and had a great bathroom and comfortable beds. The restaurant area out the back was really nice for a few drinks. The location is very good - a few decent restaurants within walking distance as well as an ATM and supermarket. It's a 3 minute drive to Arenal beach to do Isla Iguana which is fantastic.

Parking is not spacious and there are not many spaces.

Spacious room and restaurant attached to Casa Wabi Sabi. People were wonderful. Easy access to store, city center, and beach. Near room there are beautiful murals. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Very cosy room and the whole vibe of the hotel was very relaxing. The garden area and adjoining restaurant look nice, clean and welcoming. We had such a lovely, well-deserved stay here. (The shower was also a plus). Will definitely stay here again!

The Whatsapp contact given for assistance takes a little longer than expected to respond to some messages. As a self check-in/check-out hotel, the staff should be a little more aware of guest communications but for the rest was great, I’ll go back :)

Host was wonderful - kind and helpful in any way she was able. There are only 5 rooms there which makes the place very quaint. We were the only ones there so can't comment about noise levels but there's everything that you need - common seating area (well decorated), common kitchen/fridge to use. We really liked it and would come again.

I love the non usa way of doing business..." Trust " !!... so, I book on line, no payment required...I show up, there is a message on my phone with all the details...[ key is in the door, WI fi info, pay online, where and that is and are...it is a self check in..Never saw or talked to staff.. ( trust ) everything works, respect, I left cash payment in drawer..and that's it ...so nice. So simple...and..has a really nice kit hen, patio area...

The window from our bedroom gives directly to the common area so we had to keep the curtains on all day so noone could see in our bedroom. Not a problem for us because we were out all day. Might be a problem for those who stay during the day in the bedroom and would like some daylight

We booked this location based on previous reviews and pictures. I was disappointed that these were not accurate. We also did not have access to the common kitchen, which was mentioned positively in past reviews. Did not know this until we arrived. We did not have access to the common area, games and lounge area. We were in the room that was separate from the rest of the building and the main door was locked most of the time. If we had not paid for the full week, we would have probably left. No place to hang clothes, hooks on walls or a wardrobe.

The location was good, close to restaurants. We were able to change our room upon arrival as I was not impressed with the original room we were assigned, no TV and the water-closet and shower were extremely small. Was given a coffee maker and mugs to use, as there were nothing in room.

The hostel is also launching a restaurant on the same property, which is awesome and convenient and offers great food. However, it stays open very late and the noise level is quite loud. If you're someone who doesn't go to bed early, then this won't bother you. The common areas could also be cleaner.

The boho decor of the entire place is very well done. They stay true to the meaning of Wabi Sabi. It's also located right off of the main square, putting you within walking distance of the entire town. There is a large common area, where you can relax or use the kitchen.
