The Balcony and the 3 rooms with their private bathrooms.

A lot of bad things during our stay. To much to tell. First of all, no one helped us with the check in. We had to guess where the appartment key was. The transportation person had to make many rides inside the complex to get the key. Dirty shower and closets, I even found hair in mine. I send a claim and pictures to Ismely Corrales, our "host" but she never showed up. The cooking staff was very old and we had to make coffee in a little tiny coffe machine and took us a lot of time to make coffee for 3 people. She said that the "normal" coffee machine was broken. We bought special meat to roast in the "grill" that was place in the balcony, we have expectations of having a good time with the view while having a nice dinner but THE GRILL NEVER WORKED, we call Ismely but she never answered, she always was busy in "meetings" AT NIGHTS!!! This lady offered us so many tourist attractions such us transportation to the beach and to other places inside the complex but she did not fulfill what she was offered, among many other things. There where more irregularities. At the end of the day, the only good thing of this appartment was that we had privacy in our own showers and the nice view from balcony. The owner of this appartment must know that her appartment is in bad shape and that she is working with wrong people. Ismely Corrales is the worst host I ever deal with.

It wasn't clear where we had to go to obtain the keys. When we finally found someone to explain it he could only speak Spanish, but wasn't too bad since I can manage. When we got to the right place there was an error in the number of person. We had reserved for 3 and the conformation was for 3, but they only had for 2 persons. It was so problematic it took over an hour of back and forth messages to work it out with the front desk. The check-in was a nightmare, the cost of the buffet is ridiculously high for a very average quality. The shower heads in both showers need to be changed. They are mostly clogged up and the main nozzles are blocked so the water goes everywhere except where it should go. The price point is way too high for the quality you get.

The check in process was very confusing. Everyone was trying to be helpful but it could be more clear. For example, a map of the resort with the buildings circled would have been helpful to know where I should go.

The proximity to the Beach. Tha size of the apartment was fine for the 6 people we were.

Check in: wait 30 mins to get key and Brazalet. Bedroom: Damaged curtain in one room and was not possible to cover the Sunlight. One bed didnt have blankets. Blankets were so old that always got lost off the mattress. Bathroom: we got 5 towels although we were 6. 2 Shower plates were stucked and throw less water. Pool: we were not allowed to use neighbor pool because the one in the apartment was closed all the time of our stay. We had to go to the Salt water pool and never got the 6th brazalet. Kitchen: less plates, bowls.

In general nice and modern apartment but few little things should be fixed already.
