The room was a bit small

Good value for your money. In particular if you want to use a gym with sauna and a pool.

Everything is good.

I had a great stay, friendly staff and good amenities.

The casino

Breakfast was horrible. We always eat amazing in Panama. Definitely worst place to eat. The rooms are outdated. Everything is old and for the brand + price you pay you'd expect more high quality.

Comfortable room. Good water pressure.

Really poor breakfast. Bad omelets. Bad selection. Poor quality in the bad selection and food in general.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed

Rooms need refurbishment. Small details, but would not expect that from Sheraton like for e.g. alarm clock left on from previous guest, time on the clock with wrong set-up; no soap for two days, I used my own so did not ask for one (only shampoo & regenerator in the shower)... not very common internal procedure at breakfast you have to fill in forms with your name, room and signature although they obviously already have all this information

Most staff were helpful / respectful. Pool was good - not too over-chlorinated like some hotels. The gym has a lot of equipment. Big lobby space and chairs to sit on. Reception was polite and efficient.

The food at the Greek restaurant Lobby level was very bad, and the coffee was not very drinkable. The complimentary breakfast at the pool level is not worth the $21 USD unless you like to eat a lot - although the buffet service and quality were reliable, and the coffee was fine. Elevators were playing games... On some occasions I had to press up to go down. The AC doesn't cool reliably during the day and air quality in the room was not as good as the hallway. The bathroom door opens against the shower door - which is a bit cramped.

Good

Few minutes from the mall, near the highway, many restaurants and places to visit in the surroundings. The schedule for cleaning was improved as well the quality of work done, feel really well in this stay.

Nothing serious, just a minor inconvenience with the pillows but quantity beat quality

It had great location.

It was very noisy. The first night there was an event until 4-6 in the morning and the music was so loud none of us could sleep. I’ve asked to change rooms and they said no. Barely apologized for the inconvenience and lied saying there weren’t going to be more events but on our third night there was another event. Always with the music so loud. We were on the 9th floor and still could hear it.

Tennis courts

The was inedible - we had a pizza that took 30 minutes to cook and it came raw (the breakfast was like they had been to the budget aisle at Walmart and put it out).

The building itself was beautiful but deceiving.

The rooms had an odor and were dated.
