Bathroom in room needs a deep clean soap scum all over shower. Service staff at resturants are not very attentive. Food at the restuarants was average. Room service was horrible. Messed up the order and did not even offer to fix it just kept going in circles with them.

Not much to say here, if you can get stay prices that are reasonable for you this is a great, no fuss option.

This is a good hotel in central Panama City. Great value compared to an air b&b and the staff is very attentive to your needs. Rooms are cleaned and refreshed daily, breakfast was good with variety, tons of restaurant options and lovely city views. There is also a solid gym and spa which was well used during our stay. On the 2nd night we had an electirical issue which was promptly dealt with and to our surprise we were treated to a complimentary bottle of wine with cheese and fruit platter. No complaints on this one.

Room was spacious and basically comfortable,but could have used more comfortable chairs. While hotel food was. bountiful and diversified and reasonably well prepared,it was not the fine cuisine one would expect at a 5 star hotel.

The concierge service was outstanding in every way especially Gabriel who. watched for and anticipated our every need. All service personnel. were warm ,gracious, and did their jobs well. The hotel location was central and convenient to all of the wonderful attractions of Panama City.

The Hotel is a business, so much a business that you have to negotiate the price of stay every time you arrive, the constant price fluctuation makes it rather uncomfortable because you are paying more money for the same benefits.

Sortis is a great hotel with a very open location to move freely through the city, every restaurant is nearby and you can enjoy yourself at the mall 3 mins away.

I was very impressed by the decor of the hotel from entering the lobby. The hotel lobby staff were very helpful and friendly and my room was amazing. Very good value for money. Spacious. And a good view of the room. Food was also very good.

Needs a good cocktail bar. The one I visited didn't have the cocktail i wanted off the menu, poor atmosphere in the bar. We had to go outside to another bar outside.

Staff forgot a few things. Scrambled eggs were not good this time (I.e. blender) and breakfast selection was more limited compared to 2017 or 2019. Music in hotel restaurants was annoying but it always is. Rooms pretty basic and desk not clean enough for a five star hotel.

Still the best hotel in the area. Actual maintenance of the property. Friendly staff. Traffic seems to be picking up again. Good gym and good service overall.
