Cold shower. We had bad luck with construction work in front of our room. We didn’t bother too much, but normally you wouldn’t expect this during holidays.

Very spacious, enough place to hang clothes. Comfortable beds and friendly host.

Nothing it was a great stay

Not too far from Main Street maybe a 5-10 minute walk and close to other nice restaurants, shops and cafes. Host was very nice and friendly we were allowed to check in early which was great and he offered to let us keep our bags there after checkout too. Gave us two sets of keys which is great when you’re in a group. The listing states that there’s building works nearby and there was so this was fine for us as we knew before arriving and we wake up around the time it starts anyway. Hot shower was great as these are hard to find sometimes! WiFi was strong, oven worked and Aircon worked well.

There was a generator next to the lodging that had to run most of the time we were there because of the flooding. It’s a wonderful location in terms of how close it is to the beach but that also makes it prone to flooding.

The host was friendly but had very strict hours regarding her availability, which ended promptly at 7 each evening.

A very comfortable, spacious apartment with great kitchen appliances. The owner was very friendly and helpful and even upgraded us to a lovely studio where we would be less impacted by the noise from the roadworks.

There was noise due to the city putting in new pipes and a sidewalk but that's not Sunhaven's fault and they only made noise during the day. They didn't have a microwave and you have to provide your own coffee.

My room was clean and quiet. Service was good and the location wasn't too far from downtown. here is a store (3R mall) a block away. Overall, a very nice stay.

Unfortunately, my experience was affected significantly by the construction noise from the road. Starting at 7AM every morning, trucks and tractors were operating, which made it nearly impossible to enjoy a peaceful stay or get a good night's sleep. While I understand that maintenance work is sometimes necessary, I believe the hotel should have better communicated this issue in advance or provided guests with accommodations to minimize the disturbance.

At night there were a lot of bugs in the room, we were woken up by construction noises every day, even sunday. It seemed like it would be seperate apartments but it was like a hotel with big rooms, so we could hear our neighbors A bit too expensive for what it was, but still very enjoyable and comfortable!

Very spacious, nice hot shower, A/C, private entrance, no loud bars in the surrounding area, easy check-in (possible late check-in) was amazing for 2 people and would even be great for up to 4 people

It would have been nice to have basics like salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen .. and a kettle.

I loved my stay here. I was sick at the time so I needed a place to rest and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the A/C was perfect and quiet. I had a good night sleep. Everything was very clean, they also had room service. And the little terrace was cute as well. I extended one more night, that was no problem. The staff is really nice too. I'd come here again.

There is a lot of street noise because of construction 🚧. From 7:00 AM to 19:00. The owner of the hotel did not post this in advance. Furthermore, the door to my apartment was only secured with a 🔐.

Close to the center and airport. The host Maurizio was kind and helpful. The bed was ok and the fridge.

Construction going on so quite loud in the morning but its for road improvement so can't complain. Inside of apartment could use some upgrades. Shower doors need replacing hard to open and shut. Shower head leaks. Fridge could use a face lift. Coffee pot needs to be replaced, wasn't working properly.

Location was great. Had apartment on the backside with balcony. Great view of the ocean across the street. Property manager was onsight for any requests.

The landlord was very helpful. He immediately replaced the broken coffee machine with a new one. The room was big, it had a good atmosphere, we extended our stay. The piano is just a decoration. There is also Netflix on the TV but I don't even use it at home, we went here to explore the Caribbean islands which were absolutely amazing.

The kitchen in Room 12 was full of tiny cockroaches at night. Room 13 felt way more clean to us!

GREAT location! Very close to everything but very silent at night which is awesome. The beds were super comfortable, AC good working and nice hot showers. Great value for this price! Maurice was very helpfull when we kept extending our stay.
