It was one of the best hostels so far! The staff is realy nice and helpful and the apartment is big and very well equiped. It was also very clean. You are near the restaurants and shops, but it is also quite. It was a perfect stay. Thanks a lot.

Wifi was really slow and unreliable. Didn’t reach the bed and TV often didn’t work because of this. No hot water in shower for the last day that we stayed there.

Apartment was nice and kitchen was well stocked. Location is good as close to shops near by. We were able to check in early after arriving on an early flight.

Nothing really - it's in a location a bit further away from the main strip in Bocas where most of the hostels are but it's no more than a 5 minute walk away.

The owners were so incredibly kind and helpful, they offered to drive us to the boat port when we missed our transport. The beds were very comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean. They also offered on site laundry which was super helpful and quick.

The location was great - 2 blocks from the boat launch and store for supplies. Our host Thomas was very helpful with directions and recommendations. The bed was comfy, which for me is always a bonus.

The private bathroom was a little dirty and still wasn’t clean even after a “complete cleaning”. There were also ants in the room and sometimes got on the pillows. One of my gifts was also taken when my room was cleaned and when I messaged the owner about it, he did not respond or try to help resolve the situation. However, everything was overall fine.

Staff was very nice. The owner was always around to help and make sure rooms were maintained. He also gave me a ride to the airport when I was leaving which was very nice of him. The AC and hot water worked perfectly fine.

Nothing really, but compared to other places it's a small walk to restaurants/tours. But the whole town is so small, by small walk I mean 5-10 minutes depending on where you're going.

The host is great, very friendly and helpful, and with a beautiful family. The room was a little small, but enough room for a couple. Having a hot (more like warm) shower felt like a luxury! Most other places only offer cold. Nice open central space and good kitchen. Room clean and tidy, if just a bit well-worn.

Water temperature in the shower was a little touchy and the futon wasn’t the most comfortable.

Super close to everything. Very clean. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the price with a stick. Water pressure was good and the toilet flushed well.

The room was tiny and quite dark. The place didn't really have much of a vibe. The few other travellers were keeping to themselves and there was zero atmosphere in that sense.

Great location. Nice and quiet. Lovely welcome. My friend received an upgrade to her room for no extra charge. Cool little courtyard. Nice colours on the walls.

Had a lovely time staying at Surfari, beds were very comfortable, air con was good. Great WiFi and hot shower was AMAZING! Very good location it’s a couple min walk to the main town, but also very quiet. Shared kitchen was good and free coffee was lovely! The outdoor patio was very nice and we loved the cat! Thomas was a great host, gave some great local tips I couldn’t recommend this place more!
