On the water, easy access to restaurants and shops. The pool is nice with a swim -up bar, easy access to boat tours and transportation. Staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent. Well come back for sure.

The nightly price of the room seems high to me

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, the pool and view to the sea were amazing. My room was massive and it was lovely to have a little kitchen area and sofa. Staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough to help me, the coconut margaritas were to die for!

Expensive for Bocas but we loved the location and would stay here again!

The hotel has an amazing waterfront location and is the best property if you want to be able to step right out to all the bars and restaurants or hop on to a water taxi to a nearby island. It is all steps away. Inside the property you have a little oasis with a pool with a swim up bar, restaurant, great views from your private sun deck or waterfront loungers, and you forget that you are on the Main Street. The room was small, but very clean and perched right over the water. Bed was very comfortable and noise was not an issue.

There was a power outage when we arrived, so check in was much later than promised. Also, the toilets and water don't work when there's a power outage, and this happened two days in a row - it could be a general problem on the whole island.

Best place to stay in Bocas town!!! The pool was great, the beds were comfortable, and it was easy to get to all the other islands by boat from the properties dock! Would stay here again next time I’m in Bocas!

Should you use the sofa bed, be aware that it blocks part of the room when unfolded.

Lack of certain ingredients during the breakfast. For 2 days there was no avocado, a fruit which available in Panama everywhere.

- The hotel held some money on my card and when I arrived I expected to pay the difference (as it usually goes in other places). It also was not a damage deposit. However, I was told that I had to pay the full amount. I wanted to contact Booking.com's customer service to clarify the situation. While I was waiting for their reply (a couple of days), one of the receptionists kept asking me when I was going to pay and at one point she said to me that I was not paying because I didn't have money on my account. Very poor handlng of the situation and just outright rude. - Although the hotel was nice, it was still slightly too expensive for what it was.

- The hotel was very nice. We stayed in a King's Suite with Ocean View and the view was definitely worth it! The room size also pleasantly surprised and the room generally had everything you need. Also very clean. - Enrique was a very helpful and friendly receptionist that contributed to the general pleasant impression of the hotel. - The food as well as the restaurant staff were nice.

Food was so so at best. Lots of other restaurants near by offered better options and price.

Great location. We had the 3 bedroom suite which was very large and had an amazing veranda. Pool is nice and lounge chairs on dock to watch all the action. Austin was a great bartender at the pool bar.
