the location was great, the grounds were nice, though not really usable. Water wifi coffee and fridge space provided. Laundry is very expensive, better to take your stuff into town and pay by the pound.

no hot water at the sink -- totally disconnected. trickle of hot water at the shower once you got it to work. The room was MUCH smaller than expected, barely able to turn around without bumping into a wall or something. Probably ok for a single person, not really okay for 2 people.

Location was super cool, hotel was very nice and clean. Everything was new or kept in good condition! We would go there again. Kitchen was also well equiped for the available space.

The bed was a mess. The mattress was packed into some kind of plastic foil which made noises like cling wrap and made us sweat all night. On top of that either the matress was very old and saggy or the slatted frame was broken. In short it felt like sleeping on homer simpsons couch

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and well located in the town.

The on-line check-in was very disappointing and difficult. What is wrong with having someone to meet your guests to make them feel welcome? The online check-in is impersonal.

Unfortunately, every game must come to an end.

Everything was almost perfect - will be back for sure and can only highly recommend.

The curtain fell off a broken curtain rod the moment we wanted to close it. The towel rail in the bathroom fell off the wall the moment I tried putting a towel on there. Simple to fix.

Very good location, close to the main ave. and to good restaurants, pubs, stores, coffee shops, etc. But away enough to have some quiet and peace.

The bed (mattress) and pillows were the only things that could be better.

The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

We never met the host. There was no one ever at the villa to provide any information about the area and surrounding activities. We were contacted by someone digitally but never met them and had to figure out where our room was and how to access the lodging in the dark. It was a bit complicated and we struggled to locate the room since we were not familiar with the villa layout.

My personal preference, I love hot water and it was more lukewarm to me, but I did adjust.

Ideal location for peace and quiet, but close to cafes, restaurants, and tour offices.

Bathroom sink had no stopper and couldn't get hot water from faucet.

The costumer services and facilities

Staff was very friendly, the house was clean and good smell, beds were comfy and even Netflix was there to enjoy the evenings. You have quite well equipped kitchen as well.

The sofa was too small to hang with 4 people in the living room. There was small table outside the house but no real space to play board game with friends or just chill out. Additionally the two bedroom house was not at the villa Alejandro place where they have beautiful garden and more chilly vibe. It’s situated by the road.

The garden directly outside the room. It was beautiful to watch the birds and insects. The no shoe policy inside. Thankyou - this felt like home. Also fresh flowers in room. Nice crisp bed linen and regular optional towel changes.

No hot water in kitchen. No small plates in cupboard. Lights outside as they shined into room at night. Very minor inconveniences.

Great location and helpful staff. We loved the use of the sofas and the kitchen facilities too.

Nothing

The property was really comfortable, great location, few mins drive to main road where all the cafes, shops and restaurants are. You can easily walk. Nice and quiet with sounds of birds. Good facilities. They provide a laundry service which is great. Feels homely. Friendly staff and helpful especially the girls.

Nothing really. I’d suggest having a long mirror in the bedrooms and a side table by the sofa in the hallway.
