Some of the rooms have small windows above the doors, and if someone turns on the hallway lights at light it’s very bright in the room. But otherwise no complaints!

It is located higher in the hillside, above the main part of the city. So a bit of a walk of that’s your preference, but walking down was easy and rides were not expensive and the location was secure. It came with two older pups outside that were very sweet 😊 We stayed a total of 4 nights throughout our trip and the staff were amazing every time. Jhon in particular was there at the front desk several times and was extremely kind and helpful! We were always happy to see him during our stays. We left our luggage several times for various excursions with no problems. We ate breakfasts there each day and dinner once and the food was good. We had a vegan in our group and he was able to find options. We were even charged too much one night through a booking app, and the hotel notified and reimbursed us. Highly recommend!

The hotel was far from the main area of Cusco and with the altitude, it makes it very difficult to walk especially up hill. You can walk to the main square and will take you about 20mins but coming back you will need to take taxi - around 10-20 sols. The breakfast could be better - would opt out and go out but there are no other options around for breakfast.

Bed was comfy and room was very spacious. Staff are friendly and provide you with a thermos of hot water for your tea. There is a cooler with water and drinks in reception area - and they don't over charge for these items.

A little noisy - our room was on the second floor. It was a little noisy as it was on the same floor as the restaurant and also above the entrance / street to the hotel. Too bright at night time - there was a small window above the door to our room. At night, the light from the hallway would light up our room.

Nice views of Cusco from Hotel. Breakfast options were pretty good. Restaurant meals were great - we had dinner in the restaurant several nights. Freddie the waiter was super lovely, friendly and helpful and the meals were delicious. Short 15 minute walk into the centre of Cusco.

Our room was on level 2 which was a little loud as it was the same floor as the restaurant.

I only wish we could adjust the thermostat in the rooms. It was a bit cold but they gave us blankets.

The hotel was incredibly clean, they provided tea 24/7, the restaurant and breakfast was amazing! The staff are all friendly and accommodating. Love it!

I stayed 4 nights and half of the time there was no hot water. Just image it’s cold outside and there’s no hot water in the room. Apart from not having hot water the AC wasn’t working either. There was no window in the room. I mean there was but it faced the stairs of the hotel where people were constantly going up and down so I had to keep the curtains closed all the time. I felt like in closet all the time. The hotel is located very very far away from the center. Taxi drivers don’t even know about the existence of this hotel. So you have to be telling them where to go exactly the whole way.

The stuff was good. Food in the restaurant was good.

The shower didn’t have hot water and didn’t drain properly , and there was a drain in the bathroom that would vent out sewage fumes and it was awful until we covered it with the bathroom mat. Breakfast buffet was pretty basic and nothing exciting but better than nothing if you have no other options. Just enough to get you started.

The facility is clean, the staff are kind. The location is a bit away from city center but it’s ok because less foot traffic and noise. The complimentary taxi was a great experience.
