We stayed here before and after our Salkantay trek, 4 nights in total and absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly helpful and super flexible, especially as we arrived in the early hours. The rooms were lovely and it was a very relaxed vibe. Unlimited crepe breakfast was also supreme. Location was lovely in the San Blas area, close to lots of nice restaurants and the main square.

The rooms are really cold despite the blankets available

The room was definitely small but there were some shelves so we managed. There is no kitchen, which we knew beforehand but it would be great to have some space were guests can prepare some food.

The place is very nicely decorated, the staff was exceptionally pleasant and breakfast was wonderful! The showers were good enough, and they had a hairdryer to lend me.

The dorms are quite small and the bunker beds are not super stable - for every tiny movement the whole structure shakes and squeaks.

The hostel is cozy with nice common spaces and a pretty court. There is always warm water for tea, board games, books. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very good, and it feels safe to walk around at night.

Maybe the size of the bathroom? Was a bit tiny. But also many french people so it was not easy to get to know others haha.

I really liked the common rooms for chilling and just having a calm mind in the evening with nice music. I enjoyed also the crepes at breakfast every day which was very nice.:) I also have to say that the painter is extraordinary good! So many nice things!:))

The bed was a bit sagging on one side.

The breakfast was wonderful. A lot of crepes and lovely guacamole and bread were available. The location was also superb, with the San Blas Plaza closeby and nice stores in the same street with an ‘artsy touch’. Loved the garden and the crêperie upstairs. Hot shower the times that I showered.

Just be aware that you need to go outside for the bathrooms as rooms are set around a courtyard.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice courtyard and garden - even with hummingbird on the flowers. Cosy sitting areas inside and outside. Comfortable beds and secure lockers in rooms with a key. Good location in San Blas but not too far up the hill. Secure room to leave bags while you are away on a trek. Water in shower is always hot.

we have stayed here 3 times and always been very satisfied. Our favourite hostel in South America so far. Great service and welcoming staff, clean rooms, great comfortable beds, hot showers with good pressure and a delicious breakfast every morning! The staff are very attentive and you can ask for a take away breakfast if leaving early too.

It's a clean place but feels a little old and worn out.

Good location in San Blas and nice staff. Offers a simple but delicious breakfast pancakes. Also, not many guests are allowed. I think 15 is the maximum number. That makes a quiet stay.

bathrooms don’t have any mat or rug and the shower water can often spill onto the bathroom floors. It is advisable to bring flip flops. However the bathroom does have hooks and a countertop so your clothes don’t get dirty!

Friendly staff with great decor and cozy vibes. Breakfast is awesome and the beds have curtains for some privacy and good storage space for each bed.

The property is beautiful and cozy. They serve you delicious crepes for breakfast, and the staff is absolutely wonderful! I think it is so far one of my favorite places I’ve stayed and it is situated in the artsy and bohemian area of San Blas. I would definitely come here again!

The bathroom is a little tiny in size. The twin room has very little floor space if you have multiple suitcases to unpack after an international trip.

Location, cleanliness of bathroom, rooms and linen, helpfulness of staff, breakfast and sleep quality are excellent. The hostel has a cosy bohemian vibe and welcomes everyone with smiles and warmth. The free breakfast is generous in quantity. The shower had excellent hot water all through the day to calm our muscles after long treks! The hostel staff helped us out with hiring taxis as well as finding a local tour operator. The creperia upstairs has a wonderful view of the city to sit with a cup of tea! The main square as well as other attractions like San Blas and Sapantiana are all walking distance.

Amazing location in San blas, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast of unlimited crepes! Rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Extra blankets and hot water bottles are available if it’s cold. Really friendly community vibe, we extended our stay as soon as we arrived because it was so nice! Also offer luggage storage and breakfast to go if you leave early. Nice hot showers that were really clean too.
