The breakfast was just coffee, tea, basic bread, butter and jam and there was a bowl of chopped up pineapple that didn’t look great. I don’t know if there was more because the staff that was there completely ignored me and didn’t offer anything else. The staff is not particularly friendly but they attended ok at the reception. The breakfast staff didn’t attend me at all. WiFi was not good.

The room was large and clean, good bed and nice private bathroom. There was music in the patio till 10pm but then it was quiet. In the morning someone was sitting in the patio talking on their phone at 7am. Sound travels but it seems like at least everyone respects the hours. It’s not a party hostel. You can get in 24 hours. Good location.

Friendly receptionist and nice people. simple and nice breakfast. I parked my motorbike inside the building. Very safe and they no charge any amount for my parking few days until I back from Machu Picchu. Prime location. Good WiFi, good water heater. Strongly recommended.

Wifi really sucks in this place. No wifi connection in the room. Also no window in the dorm I stayed. Apparently there is also cereal and yoghurt for breakfast but they hide it behind the counter and you have to especially ask for it. The buns for breakfast were ones of the driest I’ve ever had.

Water seemed to shut off every day for multiple hours. I think they need a bigger water tank, or to at least communicate with guests about water conservation/best hours for showering. Morning staff never showed me around or told me anything about the hostel. Fridge seemed to never get cleaned out and was always packed. Communal restrooms need more frequent cleaning.

Chill hostel with a nice breakfast included (coffee/tea, milk, scrambled egg, bread, yogurt, cereal, fruit). Probably the best price in Cusco for what you get. Really nice location on a quiet street, close to the San Pedro market and the Plaza de Armas. Cozy cinema room. Not a super social place, but there is a large common area for dining, and a small lobby.

The signal of wifi was not strong to rooms 😥, that's not good as we don't have chip from that country when we are travelers.

I like the place and how the staff was too kind to help with doubt. Also, when I asked to picked up more early my breakfast without any problem the staff accept that request.

Dorm room could have more hangers and bed could need textile to prevent insight in to bed. A bit more structure in collective kitchen.

Nice social area (couches) and dining hall, to meet fellow travelers. A working kitchen. 4 Bed dorm room had good bed and storage and had private toilet and shower (2 separate rooms). Breakfast slightly above average. Nice staff that helped 24h.

Weak water pressure The room has no curtains that blocks light so if you want to go to sleep early, you get light from the common area (window to common area, which could get very loud) and we got up early because of the light.

BOOKING.COM. The website (booking.com) said checkout time was 8 PM but it was 10 AM. It was really inconvenient because we planned to leave at 12 pm but at 10 we were told to rush off.

Shower broke and the rail fell down. Water problems so no shower after a 4 day hike :s was lucky to get a dribble of water so even when it worked couldn't wash conditioner out of hair. Toilet broke - was refilling non stop loudly. Then fixed. Then a part inside broke. They did fix it. Room wasn't cleaned once. Window was open / didn't shut properly so anyone could have got in. Private room & on the last day 1 of us left (paid for the room still for the night for 2 & the other stayed) and they went to let a guy into the room for the other bed but thankfully someone was in the room or shed of come back to a guy in the room we paid for :s Went for breakfast twice and wasn't anything left or a cup for coffee or no coffee so I had 1 coffee in total. Bit of a disaster! Wish we moved or booked somewhere else but it was cheap & didn't have the energy to move or we would have done.

Location was good and it was fairly cheap. Bed was comfortable. Lockers. Cheap & ok for a night etc if things work / don't have issues with the room.

Our booking made through booking.com was not on the hostel system but they did give us a room anyways. However I expect this could have been an issue in high season if the hostel was fully booked. Breakfast was included so for our early starts (3.45 am) we had requested in advance to take a packed breakfast with us. However when we went to pick it up in the morning there was no breakfast there and we had no other option at the time of day. That said, they did have breakfast ready for us the following morning. The water frequently stopped running meaning we couldn’t always shower or use the kitchen etc. The kitchen was filthy. There was food left in pots and pans on the counter and cupboards instead of storing it in the fridge. There were frying pans full of used oil in the oven. We had specifically booked this hostel because we wanted access to a kitchen but didn’t use it again after our first experience because it was so disgusting.

The location was good. They allowed us to check in early after a night bus and provided luggage storage free of charge.

Jose offered me a free upgrade with a private bathroom in a girls-only room! Excellent for a night of rest and above all I was worried that I was alone with girls, I loved their friendliness, the hostel is nice, it has a kitchen which is a great advantage, a few blocks from the historic center of Cusco
