Our room was next to the breakfast area. I think this place if perfect if you want to stay a night and then wake up early to go to Aguas Calientes o do an early tour. If you plan to sleep a little longer (10 AM) it can be a bit noisy, specially during morning. But apart from that the place was very good.

The staff were really helpful and even offered to cook us eggs for breakfast. Rooms were very generous in size and had everything we needed. Location was great.

Shower was a little on the warm side and not hot but I guess to be expected. Room doors were a little on the short side so kept having to remember to duck.

Staff were very helpful especially once we used Google translate to communicate. Really good to be able to leave our luggage in storage while on tours. Breakfast was good and staff offered cooked eggs if we wanted.

The place was peaceful and relaxing. The bed was comfortable with good quality linens. The staff on duty, Carlos and Murriel were very helpful and pleasant. The location of the house is in San Blas neighborhood however at an elevation.

I went during the rainy season, so the place was a little bit chilly. The roof would leak a little when there was a very heavy rain.

The hosts are very friendly and help you with whatever you need. The bed cubbies are very comfortable and provide a lot of privacy. They have luggage storage there which was useful when I hiked to Machu Picchu. Facilities were clean and everyone was respectful. Great location, close to the historic center and many cafes/restaurants/shops.

Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable in the room, often disconnecting. Better in the shared spaces. Bathroom door does not lock.

Great space, with table and couch as well as beds. Plenty of storage space, good location, a 10min walk to downtown. Friendly staff and very attentive.

1. Breakfast was a little simple. 2. The music played at the lobby was a little loud and directly adjacent to some of the rooms. The volume was toned down on request however. Fortunately, there was no music later in the evening and early morning.

The staff were brilliant for tour information and travel tips. I stayed much longer as it was like a home atmosphere very relaxed and friendly.

A couple of times the staff walked into our room (to change the bins/clean) while we were inside and we didn’t have a chance to open the door first. They also turn the water off during the day so you may need to ask them to turn it on to shower at certain times.

Great location, quiet - not a party hostel. Every thing was clean and the bed was super comfortable and huge. Friendly staff! Good value for money.

Super cute little hostel in the nicest area of Cusco with lots of nice boutiques and restaurants. The hostel was quiet at night and the pod was so comfy with a really good duvet. Breakfast was simple but a nice option to start the day. Lovely friendly team and a nice peaceful vibe generally. The bathroom was cleaned regularly and had constant hot water.

The temperature of the shower wasn’t great even with the knob all the way to the hot side , but we asked for it and the staff nicely increased it for the time being!

Nice location in San Blas! Short walk to plaza de armas. We had a nice spacious double room with living room. Spacious bathroom! Comfy and clean. The staff is amazing, really friendly and helpful! Breakfast it’s ok, on the average of what we have had travelling South America: eggs on request, bread jam and butter, and juice and coffe/tea! Very kindly stored our backpacks during 2-3 days excursions around Cusco

It was quite noisy as our room was straight off the common area where music was played. With earplugs it was okay. Bathroom and kitchen could be a little cleaner.

Great location in San Blas next to a lovely cafe. The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and we could leave our luggage. Good value for money.
