We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I was solo travelling and the room met my needs. It had a safety deposit box, hair dryer, extra comforter and space heater since it gets cold at night. The room was very clean, including the bathroom, and there were no issues with hot water supply nor water pressure. The bed was firm and comfortable. It was quiet at night and I like how it's a fairly quiet hotel during the day. The breakfast buffet was great too. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location near the Plaza de armas, with a beautiful view of the city. Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again, recommended!

Close to downtown, nice and clean room, breakfast is excellent and available early morning, free drop off to the airport or any other destination you need to be.

The room it’s the best part big enough big bed decent bathroom, the little patio in the middle is just a small yard the cafeteria sucks, the room is not the big and the breakfast options are the worse, you can better room and way better breakfast and many other hotels for the same price
