We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only complaint i have is the noise coming from the nearby construction site. About 4am they started playing loud music, or at least at the time it woke me up. And the music continued through all morning. And also from our bedroom the wifi signal kept cutting off.
Location is excellent. Breakfast is great. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and comfy. The welcome plate of sweets with notes was a nice touch.

United KingdomHotels in Peru rarely have a fridge or coffee making facilities in the room. This was no exception.
We booked one night here and arranged a late checkout with no problems, though a small fee. The room was a decent size with a large bed and working air con. The hotel is well placed for the Peru hop drop off and some great restaurants. Staff were very helpful and polite, most spoke English.

NetherlandsIt is in the main street of Nazca, so it's very noisy (the rooms are not soundproof): there is a bar or disco next to it, thus you can hear the noise. Also, the AC machine did weird noises all the time, like it was broken inside or about to fall from the wall.
The bed was comfortable and it is one of the few hotels in Nazca with AC. They offered a late check-out that was very suitable to our timetable.

The pool area and the trees inside the hotel created an oasis feeling within the hot chaos of Nasca. The location is close to the shops and restaurants and the staff were very helpful
