Comfy beds, great location. Kept our bags while we were away for a few days. Had a hairdryer and gave us shampoo etc free tea and coffee in reception.

The perfect spot in Cusco! Central Location, Huge rooms, the comfiest beds with tons of blankets to keep warm. The staff was amazing and held my bags for me and heated up my food. Price point is good, I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay

Temperature of the room far too cold even with the supplied heater. This needs addressing. Good provision of blankets on the bed to try and help but getting up and being up and around in the room is hard with how cold it is. Occasional issues with the shower hot water but tended to stay hot enough for the most part. This is a very, very good value place to stay though so you have to allow a bit of leeway!

Nice stay. Quiet. Clean. Location was good and just a short walk from the centre. Friendly staff. My bedside lamp didn't work though... wrong pin plug. Small thing though.

Only small complaint was while the first time the shower have somewhat warm water, then the second time you would get maybe 30 seconds hot water, it would lose all water pressure, and you would have to switch to cold. At one point there was no water for a little but sounds like from reviews that’s not a common problem and maybe someone left water running. I would still stay here!

This is a great and safe location. The beds are very comfortable, WiFi is good. The staff were very kind and sweet. We left our luggage here when we went to Machu Picchu and stayed another night or two. When we came back our luggage was already upstairs in our room which was so nice. The staff was very accommodating.

The only small issue was some mold stains in the bathroom due to the high humidity, but we noticed the same in almost every accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal for exploring the area. They safely stored our luggage while we went on a two-day trip to Machu Picchu. Outstanding service — we’d happily stay here again!

There was some issues with the water, but Ciro quickly fixed them. The room also felt cold.

The staff. Ciro was the best host ever! Always available for any need. Liston was also great, just a few minutes from Plaza de Armas

We had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The service was excellent — the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect — close to the main square, restaurants and all the sights we wanted to explore. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location , very nice and helpful staff. The room is big enough and clean. At night it's pretty cold, but you have enough blankets .there is no heating in the room. The sink has no hot water. You have hot water in the shower but only for 5 minutes, then it's cold again...then if you wait enough time...you have more 5 minutes of hot water...and so on. Also found some long hairs on the bed linen. Overall not too bad..considering the location it is pretty cheap, so good value for money.

The room can be pretty cold but there are plenty of blankets for this & we were given a heater after asking. Also, due to the cold, the bathroom couldn’t really dry after showers. That said, this was not a big issue for a couple of days stay.

Good location. Room was big, bed was huge (and comfortable), shower was very hot & the room had a big tv which was an added bonus. The host was lovely, really attentive and helped us with laundry, organised a heater for us & allowed us to store our luggage on our final day. Overall, great value for money!

The pillows on the bed are hard foam and very uncomfortable, in my opinion. There is no elevator, so you have to carry luggage upstairs. The reception attendant didn't speak English but used a translation app to assist us as we donspeak Spanish.

Excellent location for traveller's without a vehicle. We walked to the square, bars, restaurants, and historical sites. There are small markets and pharmaciwithin a short walk.

All was good. If anything, it seemed some staff ladies were loudly talking in the morning behind our door but maybe they were clients.

The best bed I have ever had - so big and comfortable. The communication before arrival was very good. The room was spacious and super clean. Strong wifi.

It was a bit complicated to get the warm water started. However, I don’t know if it was due to me or if this is common in Cusco. In the end, it was comfortable.

The staff were friendly and attentive to my requests, and overall, the atmosphere was very quiet. The room was spacious and had a suitable amount of furniture. Additionally, the television was a smart model, and the bed was very comfortable.

Everything. The beds were super comfy, the shower was hot, there was a TV in the room and the WiFi was quick and worked well. It was a really well equipped room that met all our needs and more. The staff were also really helpful and kind.
