Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BelgiumYou should ask for a room not on the 1st and 2nd floors and windows facing the courtyard (not road), otherwise it is very noisy and impossible to sleep. We asked to change a room and the staff did - so it was good :)
The hotel is located in an area with many shops and restaurants. It is 15 minutes walk to the city center and just next to the train station. The hotel is nice, clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

United StatesThe rooms with windows into the hotel were very noisy- could always hear people very easily and especially early in the morning by the dinning room was so loud with all the dishes going out to prep for breakfast or even dinner too.
I liked the location and the staff were great and accommodating - food was great too!

CanadaThe fact that their laundry service wasn’t available 24/7 which most smaller hotels offer. After a 6 days trekking in the mountains, we ran out of clean clothes. Really counted on using the laundry service in the facility. Just because we arrived late after a long train, bus ride, we couldn’t get it done. And wasn’t going to pay 50% more than regular price for express service which seemed too inflated. I was also surprised by really early checkout time which is 9:00 am. They told us we could stay till 10:00 am but most hotels standard checkout time is between 11 am -12 pm. Great breakfast buffet Supper was good as well. Room was clean and comfortable.
It was conveniently located closer to the airport. Nice and open lobby with warm welcoming staffs.

It was conveniently located a walking distance from the train station and not very far from the old city square. The housekeeping staff and the other wait staff are pleasant and friendly, the front desk attendants are a little icy.

CanadaThere was no WiFi available for over 48 hours, which made it difficult for us to plan our travels. We were disappointed by the lack of communication from the hotel management regarding this issue. We like to walk but the location of the hotel was a bit far from Plaza de Armas, especially if you intended to visit multiple times in a day. Moreover, whenever we left the hotel, we were approached by persistent street vendors. Although there was a UV-treated water station in the lobby, we found the taste to be unpleasant. As a result, we purchased bottled water.
Comfortable bed, very clean. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Tea was available in the lobby at all hours. Free welcome drink. Very comfortable seating in the lobby. We enjoyed our dinner in the hotel restaurant.

United StatesThe fridge at the room didn't seem to be plugged in. Inside rooms had to have curtains closed because people walked by could peek in. A 20 min talk to the main square.
Room was comfortable. Daily changes of towels and sheets. Location is on a main street. Outside street view rooms with small balcony. Daily breakfast had many choices and an expresso/ latte machine. Coca tea and Mint tea were available all day at the lobby.

PeruBecause of the early tours there may be some steps noise/running water very early. But then again, Cusco is a city meant for doing tours! It´s really not much of a problem.
Their best asset: their staff. Always willing to assist and help. Corteous, efficient, friendly. Their restaurant is also remarkable. I really enjoy their breakfast (and I love that touchscreen-automatic-coffee machine) Everything is clean and tidy.
