We were given a choice of which room we would prefer as Junes festivities in the square was noisy, we chose a smaller room at the rear which was definitely quieter but no proper window. This was our choice so can’t moan. The roof terrace needs to be updated, we spent a lot of time up there as the views were great but there was no lighting that worked. If updated it would be a lovely outdoor area. All staff were lovely and so helpful.

The nearby discotecas are audible all night long. I found that earplugs worked for me. Daughter could feel the bass.

The owners were so wonderful and helpful. Gave advice for my sick daughter, even lending us a hairdryer so we wouldn’t get chilled. The suite was gorgeous and fully functional with a kitchen and all the utensils and a good pressure hot shower. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of blankets.

The breakfast wasn't good at all and after our first day we didn't have it again - I found lipstick on my coffee mug! The kitchen was pretty gross too so we didn't find ourselves cooking in there and whilst we had a kitchenette in our room there was no fridge aside from the dirty one in the communal kitchen which we didn't want to store food in...think about adding in mini fridges where rooms have kitchenettes and keeping your communal kitchen cleaner.

The room was spacious and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable.

- We had read multiple reviews regarding the loud music from the nearby clubs. However, we thought how bad could it be and must be only on the weekends. Well, we were wrong. There is music EVERY day, it is VERY loud up until 5am. No joke. - The appartments are all connected to the main area where breakfast is served. They start preparing the kitchen for breakfast around 6, and that too is very noisy. Also, the breakfast served is very limited. We only had breakfast twice, other days we walked to a small café. - The appartment itself could use a good deep cleaning. The tiles in the kitchen area were very dirty and sticky (we wore slippers in the appartment!). The bathroom, especially the showerhead, can be cleaned better. The showerhead spurts out water in all directions. Also, though the view from the windows is nice, when you close them you can barely enjoy the view as they’re so dusty!

The apartment is very spacious. We like the availability of a small kitchen and the view on the main plaza from the windows. The employees were all very friendly. Overall, an OK appartment.

Easily the best stay in Cusco - 3 minute walk from plaza de armas and a view of the plaza from our room! Nothing to complain about.

The room was modest, not very clean and pretty cold. The shower water was not very hot. The booking page said room with view, but we got rooms with no view whatsoever, being told that the view is from the rooftop. The breakfast was very small.

Nice rooftop views, they held our luggage for a few days, the staff was nice.

The location cannot reach by taxi. The drive will park in a distance and walk you up. It was super noisy! You can hear the party from all the bars all night until 4 or 5 am and the noise from Hostal lobby in the morning plus our window just facing the walkway. You can hear all the tourists in the early morning. It’s impossible to sleep!!! We didn’t have water for shower on the first night but luckily it came back in the early morning.

The egg is hot at breakfast. They made it after you ordered it. One of the cat was really friendly.

The noise, there's a lot of club around this hotel so they party until the morning, if you are looking for something quiet it's not the place to be. The name of this hotel can be confusing too there's another one in Cusco named Hotel El puma. So we paid an other taxi.

The proximity with the center la plaza de Armas, the rooftop view and the huge room, the price was really good too

It was a little bit noisy, but it’s a problem of Cusco in general.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, just 5-7 min. walk to the main square. It’s a perfect option for this price. I was provided with a heater, so cold nights were no problem. The view from the window was incredible.

The view of the main square was phenomenal. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was taken in a lovely bright courtyard. The location was great. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
