Hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff was great. everyone was so kind and welcoming. Jorge and everyone one at the reception desk were so nice to me. Jorge greated me when I arrived he was very polite. Jonathan did a great job cleaining my room... the ladies at the breakfast were very attentive. (didnt get all of their names) but everyone went above and beyond to take care of me. the service is better than a 5 star hotel

Room and bathroom had an odd smell, of old furniture and sewer. Sockets require an adapter to work, but you can ask the receptionist for one Elevator needs maintanance or an upgrade. For some reason, it kept going to the 7th floor by itself.

The hotel is located 5mins away from the famous beaches of Costa Verde, in Miraflores. It's a very safe neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs and entertainment activities. Larcomar Mall is also close. We asked the hotel staff for a room with direct view to the ocean as our honeymoon gift, and they complied. They were also very helpful when we decided to book last minute a trip for the sea lion swimming tour. Breakfast was diverse and included lots of fresh fruits. Good value compared to similar hotels in the area. There are plenty of parks and bike lanes if you like to walk, run or bike around. There is a secret spot nearby to view the best sunsets in Lima.

The only thing I can think that we would have taken advantage of was water bottles available at any time. There is a small pitcher down by the coffee and tea but with three of us traveling we would drain it right away so we opted to buy our own water the store. We would have bought them from the hotel instead if available.

This hotel has a great location in Miraflores. We were able to walk most places we wanted to go and anywhere that was a bit father we could get an Uber for pretty cheap. The coastline is beautiful with great walking paths. Plenty of shops in the area and sights to see! The hotel was also very comfortable and modern, it had AC in the room which is nice in humid Lima. Bathroom was large and clean, beds were comfy (a little on the harder side but some people like that). Breakfast was great too. Coffee/tea is available 24/7. There is a mini fridge in the room as well so we were able to stock up on bottled water.

Staff were very helpful with my extremely late checkin. Breakfast was lovely. Room was small but bed was very comfortable. Not a great view out of the window but acceptable for the price. Great Value.

The Hostel next door playing loud music outside in pool area and it happens to be outside our room. It is 11"25 p.m.now. I tried to talk to them, but they will not respond.

Loud noise from next door ( not sure if it was a hotel or Airbnb) music and conversation carried up. Specially on back rooms . I stayed at room #601 I notified the front desk and they handled it right away. It got better but every night was better. Had to close windows to sleep.

Great location for the purpose of my trip. Very nice neighborhood .

The bathroom/toilet had no exhaust. It just had a vent which was common to the adjacent bathroom. As a result the trapped stanch became unbearable by the second day.

Having additional hooks in the bathroom and fixing the elevator. I was on the 5th floor and every other day was not working . The WiFi was terrible.

The location was fine and felt safe. Cesar the housekeeper was excellent and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was very nice and also the reception staff greeted us with a smile.

My girlfriend and I agreed we had the best mattress we'd ever tried in our room. It was truly a pleasure to sleep on it! The neighborhood was quiet and the coast with nice views just a few meters from the hotel. Recommended!
