Our room had windows that you can’t shut completely. As it was only 15 degrees outside during the night, it was a bit cold in the room. But we had enough blankets and were okay.

It’s walkable distance from the beach. The host and the staff were very friendly. They have a very well behaved and friendly dog. There is free public parking on the street behind the accomodation. The breakfast is great and plentiful (eggs, bread, pancakes, salami, cheese, butter and jam, guacamole, pineapple and papaya juice). They even offer laundry service, 8 soles/kg. Our clothes were clean, nicely folded and smelled fresh. Bathroom is clean, you can properly cook in the kitchen.

While it was clean and well stocked, the main floor common bathroom is too small, and your knees are pressed against the wall when sitting on the toilet. It needs a counter, a towel bar (not just a hook), and the sink is so shallow that water splashes on the floor after washing hands or face. You need to know there is a friendly, well-trained dog being allowed to roam around, in case you are allergic/phobic.

The room was a bit cold but as I said we got the blankets and the next night was fine.:)

Very accommodating and kind host. We had very late check-in due to late flight, and also early check out. They waited for us for check in and also prepared breakfast that we could take with us as we were leaving early. Also, after saying we were cold in the room we got extra blankets. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. Also nice warm water (but you have to figure out the balance between pressure and temperature, haha).

Everything is cozy and of family vibes, the hosts are dedicated and they prepare/organize everything with a caring mind. The breakfast is full of fresh ingredients, the gym, wellness room, terrace and big co-working space, all are accessible and always organized. There is laundry service you can use, same price as -or even cheaper than the ones on the street but more reliable. What else do you expect? There is also a super cute dog 🐶 super sweet when hanging out with you...

Was a bit noisy at night sometimes, even after quiet hours, and the walls are thin so walk with headphones.

Pillows could be softer

The hosts and the staff were spectacular. Breakfast was very good with meat , cheese, eggs your way, delicious olives, rolls. Other options but that's all we chose. Had laundry done at last minute and they were happy to help. David was exceptional and Piero was sweet to make early coffee for us. Also they packed a delicious to go breakfast other day we had to leave at 6 am

Our family of 11 (9 children) stayed here. The rooms were comfortable. I felt completely safe. The staff was so kind to us and the kids. We took surf lessons. They kept our children safe and did a good job of teaching us first timers how to surf. We also enjoyed the cooking class they offered. Not only did we learn to cook some incredible meals, we also learned some of the traditions behind the meals. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We cannot say enough good things about our hosts and their hospitality.

The main host was out of town for our first day, so without her there were no English speaking staff. That was a bit of a challenge to get things situated.

Breakfast was great. It doesn't start until 8, but they were happy to prepare a to go bag if you were planning on leaving early. Shower water pressure was amazing.

It is place where we felt really like at home. The real family hotel! Quiet place in the busy city, the oasis for rest, hinterland for next adventure. Very nice and helpful hosts, very good breakfasts, comfortable common spaces - living rooms, terrace, kitchen with fridge. Good connection to wi-fi.

The only thing what should be more comfortable is the sign of the hotel from the street. We were a little bit puzlled that there are no sign, only house number.

I wish there was oatmeal for breakfast! For the fridge, I'd suggest they implement a system where the guests put their name and check-out date on their food. It seemed like the fridge had a lot of stuff.

Very convenient location - 15 mins walk to Park Kennedy and all downtown restaurants. There place is very well run, the bathrooms are clean and there's basic shampoo and body wash. The owners are kind and friendly, if you have any issues out questions they're there to help. There's breakfast provided and kitchen if you wanted to cook. There's also a small gym which was super convenient (and unexpected!). Overall, I'd say at Piero's and Ursula's again 100%.

Ursula and everyone were lovely and welcoming, always offering help with tours and advice. The homemade breakfasts were great, the location is only a short walk from the main tourist areas so very easy to explore Lima. The layout has lots of cool lounge spaces for relaxing or doing work. Upstairs rooftop patio!

Pictures weren't clear what is part of the common area and what is in the room. The room is only beds without much space between them. But what with a common kitchen and such, i think it's good value for money.

Welcomed us in very early in the morning, and left us lunchbox bags when we left before breakfast. Breakfast was tasty. Location is few minutes away from park.
