We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Probably the best hotel we've stayed in Peru thus far. Clean, comfortable, secure parking, helpful staff, great breakfast and and a great shower! they even agreed to accept a package for us which was very helpful. Highly recommended.

There is a small mall next to the hotel and you have a supermarket, cinema and 3 pharmacies.
