Could have more outlets near your bed but I changed my sleeping direction so I could reach a plug.

I only stayed for two nights but it was a great little place, that was close to the centre and great for tour pick ups. They kindly upgraded my room to a four person room from a six and made me a box lunch for my tour the next morning as I would miss breakfast.

Hommam is comfortably located near the historic city centre, and offers spacious facilities and a variety in breakfast offering. The on-site travel agency needs a special mention - Omar is your go-to man for any excursion you plan and ensures you enjoy a well organised experience!

We were there in July and it was pretty cold in the room. Blankets are provided and a heater near the bed but it was still pretty cold.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Good vibe in general. Did our laundry within 12 hours, often got a breakfast box for our excursions.

The breakfast timing was 7 to 10 am but breakfast was not ready at 7 am.. it was ready around 7:20. So, if you want to plan something early around 8.. you have to skip it!! It would be nice to have charging points near the bed.. but all the charging points were far from the bed

Too few bathrooms and showers were dirty.

Beautiful building and very good location. Bed were comfortable and dormitories had a modern and welcoming style. Food and drink was good. Hot water at all times and good water pressure in showers.

They don’t have soap, in the bathrooms and they were a bit far for my room. Also they don’t have any activity for the travelers to meet each other

Lovely place to stay, the junior suite was very spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was good and staff very friendly! Great location, close to the centre of town.

All in all not great for me personally although the property has incredible reviews. The "hotel" had a bit of a hostel vibe. We were asked to wear those party bands which just felt a bit childish when they could ask for a key or something to identify guests entering. The shower was lukewarm... borderline cold! I loathe a cold shower so this was a big challenge for me. The noise in the courtyard carries and people coming up and down the stairs by our room felt like were inside the room. Additionally the men in the room next door were extremely loud. It was so inconsiderate. In the morning... The cleaning lady didn't even knock she just walked straight into my room (at 8am) whilst I was getting ready. It was rather startling to be honest.

The location was good in that it was away from the busyness of Cusco yet still right there. The check in was easy and smooth. There was a gentleman who kindly carried my bag up the stairs. The room was spacious enough for two people.

Hostel was very quiet at times. Would have been nice to have more social activities. But was good for working during the week.

Staff were so friendly. Luggage storage was helpful. Food at the restaurant was great! And breakfast was also good. Lots of different spaces and facilities for guests to use.

No complaints so far.. all good

Clean and close to the plaza with good living area. Receptionist Sharmilee was very kind and informative. She allowed me to check in 6 hours earlier before the time. Restaurant within the hostel has also nice and cheaper options compared to other restaurants and plus you get 15% off if you are staying here.. wow! Bed was comfy and cleaner will make your bed everyday even though you didn’t checkout. Also they has small gym equipments for free :)

friendly hostel in a classic building with quirky decor around a pleasant patio. Staff very helpful and kind. Great location for the city centre, just across the street from the Municipal Theatre.

The hostel is very central, have a small gym, a kitchen, the beds are very comfortable. But most importantly is very very clean. Sharmely at the reception has been very kind and helpful. I felt at home.

Staff English poor . The open courtyard must be good when it does not rain . But with the rain it meant we met very few people . The room was cold with only fan heater
