Was very noisy at times and found it hard to sleep both at night and if napping during the day. Mostly from cars beeping- but think the circus being in town had a lot to do with the night noise. Took a nasty fall getting out of shower and hit head hard on basin - could do with a handrail. Shower temp was also spasmodic and could suddenly be scorching hot and then cold.

Nice and close to square. Staff friendly and helpful. Love the courtyard with Alpaca and places to sit. Good value for money. Nice breakfast. Water and coca leaves tea always available.

Beautiful space with lovely garden and views of the mountains & river. The room was comfortable, 2 extra blankets in the wardrobe, the shower was hot. Great location, right across the road into town and next to the shuttle bus station. I really enjoyed my stay!

Great location and room. The shower was very hot, which was great and not something I’ve experienced much traveling around Peru. Right next to the colectivos and a nice walk into centro.

The only "grey" thing is that the adapters did not fit properly in the sockets.

We made the reservation on the arrival day quite late (after noon). We reached the place at midnight and the staff was quite polite. The room was clean and comfortable, they had warm water and the blankets were enough for a cozy sleep even though there wasn't a heat system. The backyard is astonishing, there are rabbits all over the place, full of flowers and trees and the river of Urumbaba crossing literally next to the complex. The breakfast was impressive. Out of any expectation.

Came for the bath but fyi the bath is for a kid size (or a tiny folded adult 😅) and the hot water ran out at some stage

Entering the hotel from a busy street appeared like stepping into another world: the lobby had the air of a calm retreat space with wonderful art and nice music playing. All the rooms are arranged on two floors around an inner court yard which is a magnificent garden, with a lounge area in the middle. Our room also had a nice view on the Urubamba River, which ran right next to the hotel. There's also a gym facility which we didn't use. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly, accommodating our request to store our luggage for some more time after check-out, while we visited the Potato Park.

very nice layout with a cosy courtyard & a few resident colibris buzzing by the trees, and 3 huge cute rabbits :) very central. Amazing breakfast with fruits and fresh juice, spinach omelette was awesome

If you are looking for social hostel to meet other travelers, then this is not for you. The equipment in the kitchen is very very modest, but I’m sure you could lend what you need from the staff.

This place is so charming and the owner (?) is absolutely amazing! If you are going to stay in the city I would 100% stay here. Central location, beautiful garden, calm, quiet energy but not in a suppressive way.

Stayed in the apartment which as very spacious and beautiful. The staff were absolutely lovely and the whole place was very cosy. I loved the garden and the bunnies and people playing music at night. The facilities were great. The only downside was the double bed was quite uncomfortable, and it was loud being on the main road however this is nothing a pair of ear plugs can’t fix. Close to lots of nice places to eat and shop
