Bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets to keep warm. Nice courtyard.

No real hot water to shower with apart from a drizzle. No breakfast and had to pay by cash. If you're not a walker beware of the steep walk up stairs. Lane only for walking.

Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Armas and main in town attractions. Walking uphill was a bit of a physical challenge but an excellent cardio!

Couple of things in the washroom need to be taken care of, like the shower curtain, toilet seat needs to be fastened.

I felt comfortable and I like that the staff is friendly. The house with its courtyard is nice and the location is great, because it is a pedestrian street with no traffic. I felt very safe here.

It can get very noisy when other travellers arrive late or leave very early. They often don’t realise how noisy they are!

Great location in the cute area of the city. The hostel allowed me to store my luggage for free for several days. The staff serving breakfast was nice.

The room was unbearably cold, and hot water for showers was inconsistently available. Upon arrival, I felt ignored, and this lack of attentiveness continued throughout my stay whenever I needed assistance. It was not a welcoming environment at all. During check-in, I was pressured to upgrade to a more expensive room with a private bathroom, citing the shared bathroom as "too busy." I refused and eventually received the upgrade at my original price, but this interaction left a sour taste. I was never asked if my stay was satisfactory, and the owner's focus seemed to be solely on profit, even going so far as to request a good review. This review is my honest experience. I stayed for 4 nights and the room wasn't cleaned once, so I had to always go down and ask for toilet paper. The property is not maintained very well.

Great location in San Blas, very near to the San Blas church. Lots of restaurants and shops within 10min walking. We arrived very late and staff was helpful in getting us settled, he spoke no English but Google translate helped. There is a nice open courtyard, rooms are big (we booked a family studio with balcony) room had vaulted ceiling and was very pretty. There was no hand soap provided, although I didn't ask at the desk so maybe they would have given some if I asked. Beds were hard and pillows thin but that's common in Peru. Lots of warm blankets because it was cold in early June. Shower was finicky with weak stream of hot water but it got the job done. There are some steps up a steep street to get to hotel, but the whole neighborhood is built on the hillside so not a surprise. They also have laundry service onsite which is really convenient.

Location: The hotel's proximity to Plaza San Blas is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area filled with shops and restaurants. If you have heavy luggage tale in consideration the location, you have to walk up the hills to get to the hotel. Patio: The patio is a lovely space, clean and inviting. Room: the bed sheets were clean and warm, that's a + as it gets cold at night.

I had a few issues during my stay at the hotel. Bathroom Smell. The sink in the private room had a persistent bad smell, which made washing my face or brushing my teeth unpleasant. A deep cleaning or pipe replacement is definitely needed. Noise: I could hear everything from the patio and other guests, arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning so earplugs are essential if you want a good night's sleep. Payment Issues: I paid in cash $, but they didn’t have change, which was quite frustrating, because I had to keep asking for it until I finally received it in soles, so I recommend bringing exact change if you plan to pay cash. Prior to my arrival, I communicated with a staff member via WhatsApp to confirm my early check-in at 6:30 AM, and they assured me my room would be available. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, which was frustrating after a long trip. Instead, they offered me a different room with a private bathroom, but at a higher price than my original booking. This added to my disappointment. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were good. Given these issues, I would not choose to stay here again.

The location is perfect 5 mins. walk to historical site and main center and everything is very closed. The shops and restaurants are all closed. Only very tiring up and down the steps and breathless up hill to the hotel which are normal living in Cusco Peru. But beautiful all around and colourful. The staff are friendly but communication is very hard can't speak English and only one persom you can communicate better and he can speak some english maybe he is the owner.Breakfast included bread butter and jam a thermos you can make hot drinks coffee or tea in sachets.only but for the price you pay very cheap and can't complain. We leave our baggage for our 2 days trekking for free and everything safe. Decorations in the breakfast area or lobby outside is nice Peruvian colors. With private bathroom and towels and soap included and you can ask more toilet rolls or soap extra. Many warm blankets in bed can be very cold at night. Each person going to Cusco just get prepared of getting suffering attitude sickness and breathless for at least two days of stay which is normal for first time tourist. Cusco altitude is 3,399 meter or 11,152 feet above sea level.

Needs good and proper cleaning in the room especially in bathroom. The mattress and pillows not comfortable. No hot water on our first day in our room. It was good when we returned after 2 days trekking and they transfer us to another room the shower is better with hot water working. The staff friendly but mostly can't speak English.

I liked my room, very cozy. There is hot water, but the water pressure then is not very good. Nice area, just need to walk up to the hill from the city center.

The whole object has a potential but is a bit neglected. Stuff speaks just Spanish which was a bit of a problem for me :)
