Good value for excellent location in Miraflores.

The lead manager is helpful and approachable. But the younger girls working there were constantly giggling like hyenas and whispering. It makes the vibe extremely awkward and weird. If this place is going to succeed, they need a serious lesson in how to interact with guests.

Receptionist Edith provided me with everything I needed. She was always willing to go an extra mile to leave me satisfied. My room was spacious enough. The hot shower worked well. The kitchenette in the reception lobby upstairs was very practical and always clean. They have lots of cutlery and silverware, you only need to ask Edith. There was a big fridge in the lobby and I had a smaller one in my room, which was very convenient. They changed my linen and cleaned my room every time I asked them to, The quality of linen was good. The cable TV in my room was excellent, with several English and French-language channels, including sports. Location was quite good for me, as I love city walks, and Lima Miraflores is definitely worth visiting if you like city adventure, shopping and variety in architecture. The area is one of the safest in the city. I could walk the streets of Miraflores all day. The Hospedaje Schell guesthouse is really close to the best beaches in town, too.

The double bed was way too soft for my back. Sometimes, it was actually rather noisy outside during the night (street traffic, seagulls, etc.) The view from the only room window was not to everyone's taste, to say the least. But this can be fixed over time. Frankly, the best place with windows in the house was the public area in the reception lobby furnished with a couple of cozy armchairs. There were also several comfortable sockets close to the armchairs and two dining tables for guests in the lobby.

Receptionist Edith provided me with everything I needed. She has all it takes to be a nice hospitality manager. My room was spacious enough. The hot shower worked well. The kitchenette they have in the reception lobby upstairs is very practical and tidy. They have lots of cutlery and silverware, you only need to ask Edith of her substitute. There was a big fridge in the lobby and I had a smaller one in my room, which was very convenient. They changed my linen and cleaned my room every time I asked them to, The quality of linen was good. The cable TV in my room was excellent, with several English and French-language channels, including sports. Location was quite good for me, as I like walking around central parts of towns, and Lima Miraflores is definitely worth visiting if you like city walks and variety in architecture. The area is one of the safest in the city. I could walk the streets of Miraflores all day. The Schell Hospedaje guesthouse is really close to the best beaches in town, too. Lima Miraflores also boasts a dozen of good places to eat out, including ones serving Chinese and Arabic cuisine, and a couple of Irish pubs, where you can have some proper 'pub food' and try various local and international bestselling cocktails (but there are actually much more places to go for a fish and chips dinner in the district).

It was fine for the amount we paid since we we only there to sleep one night.

The staff were really pushy about check in time. They seemed annoyed that they had to wait up to check us in when our bus was later than expected due to traffic. The room was super hot with no windows and one small insufficient fan. No hot water.

Room was clean and comfortable Great location

No front door key You had to buzz to get in One time I was stuck outside for over 40 mins. I only got in because I looked the number up on booking.com and sent a WhatsApp message. It said laundry facilities but I was told no water available. It was half the price at the launderette anyway. It also said aircon. There was a fan. Which wasn't very good.

    Location was really central.

Took a bit for the door to be answered. The hotel is very basic and 'tired' but was what I paid for and sufficient for what I needed.

5 mins walk to the airport bus station

Receptionist didn't speak English AT ALL and didn't bother to use translator! The room/place looks nothing like the photos shown, the whole place is a bit run down! However to be fair, the price is cheap so you get what you pay for.
