No hair dryer. Breakfast started at 6am, which for me was a little late as almost every tour trip started early. I would love to see them start breakfast at 5:30am. Staff barely speaks and understand English.

I did not like additional charge of 4% during my check-in for payment with the card . I did not like very high exchange rate added converting accommodation charge from USD to Peruvian Sole . I did not like that the bathroom in my room had a strong urine smell :((( Also the hotel needs renovations in the common areas as well in the room , there was a water damaged on the walls in the room and in the common area of of the hotel ..

The hotel is located perfectly, centrally in the historical town , right of beautiful plaza :) , walking distance to everywhere within Old Town , but you have to take under consideration that there is a lot of hills , up and down , but I enjoyed, it was part of everyday fitness for me ;) The view was beautiful from the window in my room , and it was so quiet and relaxing that I did not wanted to leave :) Shower had a good pressure and hot water as well in the sink :) Also there was electrical heater in the room which made the stay exceptional cozy ;) The hotel personal was very polite and nice . The sheets was nice quality and bedding. I also liked nice decorative flowers , painted directly on the walls , which made the room very pleasant.. The complementary tea in the lobby was very nice to have :) The breakfast was nice and the lady attending the breakfast service was very nice . The hotel has a nice vibe and tranquil atmosphere :) I would return to this hotel to “my room “ which I had during my stay :)

The location was perfect, 5 mins walk to the Plaza and there were a lot of restaurants, ATMs, money exchangers and stores within the area. The staff were very courteous and accomodating

The location was great. It is in a nice plaza and it is very near the main plaza. Nice to walk around and lots of great streets and stores nearby. Staff was very helpful and laundry was cheap and quick. They have baggage storage as well for more than a night when we went to machu picchu.

Buffet breakfast was good. We enjoyed it for 3 days but only one day we're we offered eggs. Unsure if this is supposed to be an option everyday or not. Thin walls.

Breakfast times 6:30 - 9:00 is very early, till 10:00 would be better suited but just gets you up early to start your day.

It’s little details always from being good. Something as simple as having someone at the lobby to help you with your stuff. Cards instead of keys that get stuck. Sound proofing things. Maybe some plants in the lobby that could absorb lobby sound. Hot water not just for one but for three. A more varied breakfast. Good WiFi in the room. All these things would make a BIG difference and make this an exceptional place, as of now they represent problems making it more of a hostel than a hotel.

The location of our room in the first floor near the common area resulted in us hearing lots of noise and prevented us from sleeping in past 6am as many other guests get up early for normal excursions. Asked to transfer rooms twice but the hotel was fully booked. They could really use felt pads at the bottom of the chairs to minimize noise when moving them

The location of the property was excellent! We were near many restaurants, bars and points of interest. The staff were nice and friendly.
