It was quite noisy at night until early hours of the morning. This wasn’t from the hotel itself, but nearby bars etc.

Lovely staff and beautiful balcony where you have breakfast and can have drinks or food at sunset. Great location - right next to the centre.

Hot water ran out very quickly when showering Noisy at night as others have said but not super bad Wouldn’t let us change the date of stay even when requested months in advance, was a non-refundable room but other places have let us do this when just changing the day with plenty of notice

Le Foyer is absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location! The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. Incredible views from the rooftop. Lots of places to chill out while you're waiting to check in.

Very accommodating, they checked us in early and let us rest in the lounge area as we were dropped off at 5.30am. They also let us have our last day breakfast on the day we arrived that we would have missed due to early check out. Good location and fair price

The place had building work in the centre in the foyer ? That was not bad, BUT the music & noise from the surrounding clubs/bars was deafening.... till about 04.30am / 05.30am on the weekends. They give out free ear plugs at reception?.... single glazing & old doors don't help. IF you're a late night party goer .. this is perfect for you, but if you're an early riser that wants to go on trips & explore, then not for you ?

The staff was brilliant, super helpful & attentive. The rooftop bar was great, as was the breakfasts. Super central with easy access to the old city. 24/7 reception where very good, as was their laundry service.

The night staff could do a better job at telling people to keep quiet at 3am in front of the rooms. We got woken up a few times by people chatting on the sofas in front of the rooms in the middle of the night, which was a bit unnecessary

Superb location, in the main tourist area. (Cheaper restaurants the further you move from the hotel). Lovely rooms and shower etc. Provided ear plugs for the street noise but wasn't an issue. I had a packed breakfast, so can't properly review that. Staff very friendly and hairdryer available.

The water was never hot and so weak it was hard even to brush our teeth! Breakfast waiting time was quite long too… cause you gotta order out of a few options.

I could check-in sooner as my room was ready already. Also could left there my luggage for free after check-out, personal also ensured me a taxi and day trip to Salinas. Breakfast was delicious and rooftop terrace amazing, food, drinks and views were wonderful.

Our soup at the dinner took more than half an hour. We ordered veg soup and there was beef in it. The showers are way too small.

They were able to provide us with an open space to rest prior to our check-in as we arrived super early. This gave us a head start to explore the city. The staff was nice and friendly. The location is very central to the city, everything is accessible at a walking distance.

Breakfast - it took a long time to be served, around 1h. The problem is that it's served only for a short period of time, between 6.30 to 8.30, and everyone comes at the same time, and not enough staff to cover it. I believe this could be improved. If you have plans for the morning consider that it may take a while.

This is quite a nice place to stay in Arequipa, the rooms were comfortable and the atmosphere was good. The rooftop has a great view. Location was very good.

Very central location and lovely soft pillows! Kind and attentive staff, room was nice and clean. The shared bathroom got dirty quickly but I suppose that is to be expected. The only down side was how noisy it was. Lots of music all throughout the night from different surrounding areas and the walls & windows are thin so if people are coming back home late and start being loud, it has a 100% chance of waking you up. They do offer ear plugs at the front desk but it’s something to be aware of. Breakfast was good. Nice rooftop bar & we got a free drink for leaving a trip advisor review. Literally in the heart of Arequipa.

The door to our bathroom didn't fully open. And the bed was a bit small compared to other places we have stayed.

Within a few minutes you can walk to the city center with many restaurants and shops. We had a room in the 'basement' but this made it very quiet eventhough we were next to a busy street.
