Wifi was a bit here and there but other than that absolutely nothing!

We had such a wonderful stay here — Mary Lou went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. She personally walked us to the bus station to help us get to Caral, and when I got sick, she made me tea and offered me anything I needed, and gave us total flexibility with check-out. She was so kind, full of hugs, and made us feel right at home. Despite our limited Spanish, she was incredibly patient with us using Google Translate and never made us feel like a burden. Her whole family is lovely and made the stay even more special. Could not recommend this place more — truly one of the kindest hosts we’ve ever met! ❤️

It's a bit hard to locate as there is no sign outside. Room can get a bit stuffy.

The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. She organised my trip to Caral really well. Lovely breakfast with a personal touch. She (and her son) are really 'Angeles'. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. Was a great place to stay to see Caral.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent being close to the center of town and also walking distance to the beach. I had a wonderful stay because the owner is just an amazing host. She showed me were to go to get to Caral and personally accompanied me to the bus station to get a ticket for the next day. I would absolutely stay here again! Muchas Gracias!

It was quite small, with no storage space and hard for two people to move around at the same time. It's also pretty noisy from the street, music, roosters etc.

Our hostess was very welcoming and kind, and helped us with things like toiletries, recommendations, and getting a tuk tuk. The room was clean and comfortable, albeit very small. Well-located near restaurants and shops. Above all, it was extremely cheap and great value for money.

It had everything we needed in the room and it was ideally situated between the main square and the beach. The welcome we received from Mary Lou and her son was wonderful. We were treated like family and it felt like home from home.

At first we could not find it regardless of staying in front of it. There is no sign. It is the tsll round blue building Know hard on the door.

The owner is the nicest lady you will ever come across. Just super naturally nice.

There is a small dance studio nearby and some street noise at night, but both noises die out by 9 or 10pm. I did not need ear plugs, but just mentioning for anyone needing an early night's rest.

Marilou the owner of this hostal is most gracious! Everything was in good order... clean room, good breakfast, etc. but she also went out of her way to walk me to her fav restaurant on my first night, and then to the unsigned 'collectivos' area the next morning for me to catch one to Caras.
