A weird experience for our first day in Peru/Cusco. Arrived at this place and noone was at reception then eventually a girl came and said I’ll take you to another place 2 mins away. Ended up OK but weird

After we got to this place (see comment below) it was Ok, but unsure which property I’m reviewing!

They cleaned our room last minute, there was hair in the toilet seat. It was quite humid. The bed could be more comfortable.

Good position, great neighborhood. Rossy has been very kind, she was helpful and welcoming. Overall, good quality/price ratio.

Showers alternated between burning hot and freezing cold, and the kitchen being closed during certain hours was tricky to work around.

We stayed two different times, the first room we got was great, the second one very worn out. You hear everything people say outside your room so if someone is up late you'll notice , but it was alright for us.

The location is great. It is great value for the money. The woman that runs it is helpful and sweet.

Like with other places in Peru sometimes there was no hot water only lukewarm, some things were broken, some power outlets didnt work, towels grey, but for the price it was good to spend few days there

There was not a really hanging area at the hostel. Kitchen and restaurant was mostly dirt.

A very cozy hostel for a small price. I was put into a room in which there were only two people besides me. This hostel also provides a delicious breakfast included in the price.

I was so freezing cold the whole time I was there I had to move hostels to somewhere with heat. Also I noticed they didn't seem to change the sheets/pillowcase between guests which grossed me out a bit

Staff were amazing so friendly and understanding. Tours you can book there are best priced in the city. Perfect location in the heart of San Blas walking distance to everything you could want

We came back 4 days after a trek. we had reserved orally 2 more nights, but the owner didn’t really reserved a room for us and there was thus no room available when we arrived at 8pm. She fortunately found us a room in an other hostel, at the same price

We had to go to a different place than what we thought and then had to wait 30m at 8pm to get in to the place. The hostel owner over charged us for the room by including the commission she owed to Booking.com and over inflating the exchange rate as the reservation was in USD and we paid in cash. There was also no toilet paper in the toilet for 2 days.

The location and hostel volunteers who made breakfast were very good.

The room was very dirty and the toilet was off site and we reserved in the room,the shower has cool water not hot water that day we didn't shower very disappointed and vere expensive

I normally rate hostels 10/10, but for this price, this hostel was 100% - hot showers (make sure to ask), free breakfast and great feel too. Lovely staff and right in the centre - what is not to like?
