Room was sold as a Double Panoramic Ocean View and was happy to pay the price to get what was shown in the picture but we were on a lower floor and didn't think the view was that attractive. I appreciate the weather didn't help. When I checked the prices of our rooms on booking.com when we were staying, they seemed to be much cheaper than the price we paid.

The bathroom is completely open, that is a bit annoying for a family of 4. We should be able to close it if needed.

The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the rooftop bar and pool very nice.

The value, for the size of property, could be better. Pricing is not competitive with the Intercontinental, for example.

Why oh why do hotels build open plan bed/bath. I can't imagine many people want to see their loved one on the throne through frosted glass. Could have easily had a wall or sliding door between the spaces. It must be a very limed audience for this and you wonder how it ever passed any form of market research.

Because every place is perfectible: 1) the dry sauna was the weakest aspect. New but small and not having the option to pour water makes it really dry. 2) double beds for a family of four on the small side. 3) Beautiful innovative open bathroom spatial design but could afford more privacy.

Brand new. Excellent service. Super professional staff. Fantastic food at the restaurant, at the roof top and excellent breakfast. Genuinely impressed.
