Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No central heating (maybe no cooling either?) so it was cold even with the space heater. The bathroom sink only had cold water faucet. It took a long time for the hot water to heat up to take hot shower. They didn’t reply to my WhatsApp message.
The location was great, away from the noisy area so we could sleep well at night. Very quiet place. It’s a very cute place with a courtyard and placed to take photos. The staff understood English well and very helpful. You could see the view of the city from the loft which was great. They kept our bags while we went on the Inca trek and also the last day after we checked out until we had to leave to get to the airport. They also called the taxi service.

Before we arrived they didn't reply to a number of my messages. However, that might have been a Booking.com issue rather than the hotel directly. Breakfast was late starting one morning which proved inconvenient as we had a tour booked. Also the walls were a little on the thin side.
Helpful staff. Very good location. Beautiful setting - in particular the courtyard. Nice, comfortable room.

The wifi sometimes didn’t work well in our room, but that’s likely because our room was in the corner of the property (room 212), though it wasn’t a big deal for us, also the wifi worked totally fine everywhere else
+ beautiful decor + spacious room + very clean, also gets cleaned everyday + all the staff were very friendly + great location + quiet at night + amazing buffet breakfast from 6am-10am + free tea, umbrellas to borrow + great value for the price + they were very flexible with our check-in and check-our times We loved our stay here, couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

We booked last minute so it took a while to check in. The member of staff on reception wasn't very welcoming during the process.
Our room with a loft for the kids was beautiful. Our bed was huge and really comfy. There was a small heater. Buffet breakfast was tasty with more options than typical for hotels in the area

Wi-Fi connection is strange in my room but perfect in public area. Location is little far from centre and the street is narrow with car pass by the road.
Hotel is nice and clean, looks better than their pictures. There are two lovely gardens and own restaurants with great food. Very good customer service! Front desk always super helpful.

Great hotel, very friendly staff and helpful. Room was huge, bed was massive and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, nice choice of fruit and either scrambled egg or omelette. Shower was lovely and hot, perfect after 26 hours of travel!

Breakfast was a bit basic. Some mornings we decided to get our breakfast somewhere else.
We stayed at Inkarri for 7 nights (before and after our salkantay trek). After our hike, it felt like coming home! The rooms were beautiful, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was good and quiet as well.

the beds were uncomfortable. need more pillows since pillows are very flat. shower pressure very low. shower water inconsistent with temperature.

With European standard, it is worth a 7.5. Small window. Sound and thermic isolation not the best, cold in the room. Finitions of the room not completed.
Staff very helpful, big shout out to the guy at the reception for his support even late! Nice garden in the inside court, nice place overall.

For some reason they play Peruvian folk music through a sound system that's audible throughout the hotel... this starts very early and as much as I like local music, I prefer to choose when to listen to it. Very annoying!

Wifi does not work in the rooms just around the reception. Cleaning staff starts to chat loudly at 6.00 am. Even ı warned them they continued to be loud the next morning and the next..
