Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Czech RepublicNice place close to the bus terminal and few minutes to center by a bus. Nice and friendly staff, just not strict enough when it comes to dealing with noisy people during night hours. Noise was one of the negative things here. Rooms are not isolated well, so you can hear everything, and if people wake you up few times during the night, it’s pretty annoying. The other negative thing was the struggle to connect to the hotel wifi. It’s something that people mention repeatedly here. If you want a good wifi connection, you need to do it in the lobby, which is not very comfortable thing to do every day. Breakfast was nice if you’re not too picky, but it’s essential to inform them whether you need a vegan/vegetarian option.

United KingdomHotel was slightly dated but was great value for money.
The hotel was great value for money, was clean and the staff were really helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location if you need to be close to the bus terminal. It's also just about within waking distance of the centre or a short taxi ride away.

CyprusHot water was coming and going so it felt like a contrast shower.
We needed somewhere to rest before taking a night bus and decided to book this. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable, so we could shower and rest for a while. Unlike other reviews, wifi worked fine in our room.

United StatesIt’s over a mile away from the Centro Historico. The WiFi was a little hit or miss.
The room was comfortable and the staff was helpful. They happily stored our luggage while we traveled to Machu Picchu.

United StatesThe stairs going up and down the room. I understand the property is new so there were no elevators yet but I hope they will put one, it would be a really great help especially with the altitude. There are times when the WIFI is not working or too slow. The location is a bit far from the town center, but you can always book an Uber at cheap rates. It's around 10 min. ride.
The staff was very attentive especially that I have checked-in and checked-out at unlikely hours. There is always someone who takes care of your needs. They allowed me to leave my luggage while I was at Aguas Calientes. They also have laundry services which I find really helpful as I was halfway through my itinerary. The breakfast is also really good but you have to climb all the way up the rooftop. The hotel is very close to the airport and the bus station, the staff even walked me to the bus station when I checked out at night.

NetherlandsThere is no elevator to go to the third floor. If you do not have google maps in your telephone it may be somewhat difficult to find, for the entrance i in a small alley.
The breakfast is very good and the beds very comfortable. A big plus is the proximity of the bus terminal. Just across the street going to the terminal is a very good pizzaria.

NetherlandsWhen we arranged this hotel ther were no comments from other guests. This is because it is brand new and when we arrived there was no water the first day, because it was still under construction.
