Bed was small for 2 people. Queen would be nice er. Room was cold at night but space heater available.

Great location and price. 2blo k walk to main square full of shops and restaurants. Room was clean but nothing g fancy. We did not make it any breakfasts due to early adventures.

Shared kitchen didn't have a microwave. Bathroom was an odd design in this particular room.

This was our first stay here and we got a main floor room with two stairs going up to the bathroom. Ok as we are short but still an awkward entry. We needed a portable heater which is provided if you ask. Ok for 1 night. Walkable to Plaza de Armas, restaurants, San Pedro Market etc. Reception staff speak English and are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple with bread, fruit, yogurt, juice but enough to eat. No issues with noise in the area.

The church bells ringing from very early in the morning. Breakfast was very chaotic and ran out a couple of days.ok for others.

The Location is absolutly perfect, just a few minutes from Plaza de Armas. Quiet and from the Breakfast Room (Rooftoo) you have a wonderful view! Breakfast is fine and a good variation.

Really nice place with super friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Great location, very close to main square and nice restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Also always hot water and tea and coca leaves available!

The water pressure in the shower was limited, and it was more lukewarm than hot. I guess it’s common in Cusco. We also had a ground floor bedroom where we could hear anymore going through the lobby and the glass window above our door would let in light at night from the corridor - not great for light sleepers.

Very good location! Many restaurants, bars etc around. Main plaza is a 2min walk. We had quite a large bedroom which was nice. Breakfast is good enough (fruits, cereal, bread, and an egg) with a beautiful view over Cusco.

A very nice hotel located in the center of Cusco in an old colonial house within walking distance of all sights, restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, table and chairs. The bathroom and toilet are comfortable. Cleanliness is at a high level. Breakfast is included with fruit, tea, coffee and an egg cooked to your choice. There is convenient free parking and free tea and coffee anytime at the hotel reception. The woman at the front desk is very kind and responsive and speaks enough English to be helpful to her customers.

Very centric, near all the attractions of Cusco. The receptionist and the general staff are really nice and facilitate everything for your stay like keeping your luggage if you are going on a trecking for some days.

The hotel is noisy. There are wooden floors, no sound insulation and thin walls. The door to our room had gaps around it. You can hear people walking and talking whilst in your room. Unfortunately we had the room above the kitchen so between 4.30 and 5.30 AM we heard the staff preparing breakfast with a juice blender! We were woken up at this time every morning for the 5 nights we stayed.

The location was fantastic. In the centre of all the tourist shops and restaurants. Great secure parking for alot of vehicles at the rear.

Beware that you have to ask for cleaning at the reception. We spent three days without anyone cleaning the room because we did not know that the lady would only work in the morning. Breakfast could be better, especially if more than one person worked in the kitchen and dining room. This hotel lacks staff! As we checked in, we tried to pay with credit card, but they said the system was out. We tried two more times in the following days to realize they wanted us to pay in cash. We insisted and finally paid by credit card.

As with all the hotels so far in Peru, the staff was very kind and attentive, although not enough people work there. The hot shower was great! The location is also very good, despite the weird entrance.

While the hotel itself was fine, the floors were super creaky, both inside and outside the room, so you could hear whenever anyone took a step. This interrupted sleep. Also, the beds were extra firm, great if you like that, not so great for me.

The staff was wonderful, always willing to give recommendations for questions asked. They were also great at helping us book tours and taxi rides, when needed.
