It wasn't a problem for me at all, but the hostel is a bit uphill; you have to climb the stairs. I'm writing this for informational purposes for those who want to stay here.

It was good enough. It is central, clean, and comfortable.

The rooms are too cold in winter. We were freezing during the night although we had extra blankets.

Great personal and location! We were able to store our lagguage there for a few days. The view and the breakfast were amazing. Great place to stay in summer.

It was a great stay. I would add a little more for breakfast, like fruit. It would be nice to be able to have heat in the room before 10 p.m.

The beds were super comfy and clean. The shower does get hot, you have to wait a couple minutes. There is a fantastic view of cusco and the plaza de areas from the breakfast area.

The only downside was that my room was right below the room where breakfast was served/from where you could access nice balcony and when the other quests were taking the stairs to get there, it was incredibly loudly.

Spacious room, comfortable bed though squeaky:) You have to wait a little bit before the hot water in the shower starts to run but otherwise all good. Great location, hostel is not far away from the main square. Ladies at the reception were very sweet and helpful.

The hostel is very near to the centre just minutes walking but there are few stairs to do from the main square. But as I said the view and location is perfect. I would go back

The location is perfect. We picked the rooms with view and was amazing. Very nice comfortable hostel. The staff was very approachable and always available. Big breakfast o the top floor with a small balcony and view.

The staff, a woman, was just rude and seemed very uninterested in checking us in. The breakfast wasn't anything special.

The place was great. Great room with the space and things we needed. The beds comfy and in general quite clean! Close to the main square of Cusco and close to a lot of nice locations. Amazing view on the top terrace. We got to store our luggage there until the evening, which was very helpful. Would book again.

Lot to climb. Toilets not that good. Sometimes no hot water. Seems they intend to build dorms, so won’t remain quiet for long(?)

Is in the high behind part of the plaza de armas, so you have to climb many stairs to get to the hotel going from La plaza de armas. Sometimes the tour buses don’t go there because is very high.

Amazing Location! Only one block away from the plaza de armas. The room comfortable with an amazing view, cozy, good breakfast and nice people working there.

Nothing comes to mind

Location is superb. Close to the centre, and yet quiet. Lovely views of the city from outside the hotel as well as from the top floor where breafast is served. The receptionist was professional and helpful. The room was nice and clean and comfortable enough.

Very loud at night (8 pm - 5 am) due to the proximity to a row of dance clubs located around the corner. Customer service at the hotel was OK, staff were often not available to assist with issues and had no English language skills.

Great views and quiet during the day, the location is wonderful - located on a “walking street” so no street traffic and close to main attractions in Cuzco.

I had a room next to the front door and it made a lot of noise. I recommend asking for a room further from the entrance. The room was cold. The breakfast was very light.

My room was freezing t night, as it was in the courtyard, and the heating was not working properly.

The place has a wonderful location overlooking the square, and just a few minutes walk down, and close to all the nice shops and restaurants. It also has a lovely atmosphere. And the view from the breakfast is amazing.

I stayed twice and some rooms can be a bit noisy, but most guest attempt to abide by the quiet hours.

The staff made this stay much better than I expected so I returned for a second stay!

Top of the hill was great, but it was always a "hard" walk up. You get used to it though after 2 days. Hot water didnt work quite well one of the nights but other nights were great.

Great location, top of the hill. 8 minute walk to the main square. Plenty of food and things to do around. Very safe, clean and spacious place. Stayed here twice. It was very quiet.
