Great bed and spacious room and bathroom

The shower is a bit weak and could be stronger

It was good enough. It is central, clean, and comfortable.

It wasn't a problem for me at all, but the hostel is a bit uphill; you have to climb the stairs. I'm writing this for informational purposes for those who want to stay here.

Rooms are nice and have everything you need. During room service my bed was always made. Good location.

The walls are thin and noise disturbance is common especially when they let their children run around the property banging feet, listening to loud music, etc. Sheets were never changed during room service. The breakfast was a good addition however you only get one egg, some bread and coffee/juice. During the evening hours it was difficult finding someone to assist with an issue.

Good location and great view from the room (king bed with mountain view). Bed was comfortable.

The staff was VERY VERY RUDE. They did not make any effort to speak English or to be understandable in English. They just tell you a bunch of things and don’t repeat it even if asked. Wouldn’t visit this hotel again just because of the awful staff. Managed to get hot water in the shower only for 15 minutes: pretty frustrating if you are two people sharing the same room. Also, no heating in the rooms!!!! From what I understood, there is normally heating from 10pm to 3am, but ours didn’t work and even if we told the staff, they did nothing about it (which resulted us in absolutely freezing for two nights). Finally, it smelled really bad in the room (humidity) and that smell didn’t go away for all of our stay.

Great place to stay in Cusco! The room was really spacious, clean and a large comfy bed. The breakfast on the upstairs terrace has an amazing view of the plaza and cathedral! Highly recommend staying here!

Great personal and location! We were able to store our lagguage there for a few days. The view and the breakfast were amazing. Great place to stay in summer.

The rooms are too cold in winter. We were freezing during the night although we had extra blankets.

The location.

It was really cold in the room. I could hear everything and he wasn’t that convenient and agreeable. The room was not well insulated, it was a nightmare trully.

The beds were super comfy and clean. The shower does get hot, you have to wait a couple minutes. There is a fantastic view of cusco and the plaza de areas from the breakfast area.

It was a great stay. I would add a little more for breakfast, like fruit. It would be nice to be able to have heat in the room before 10 p.m.

Spacious room, comfortable bed though squeaky:) You have to wait a little bit before the hot water in the shower starts to run but otherwise all good. Great location, hostel is not far away from the main square. Ladies at the reception were very sweet and helpful.

The only downside was that my room was right below the room where breakfast was served/from where you could access nice balcony and when the other quests were taking the stairs to get there, it was incredibly loudly.

The location is perfect. We picked the rooms with view and was amazing. Very nice comfortable hostel. The staff was very approachable and always available. Big breakfast o the top floor with a small balcony and view.

The hostel is very near to the centre just minutes walking but there are few stairs to do from the main square. But as I said the view and location is perfect. I would go back

Very cold. No heater available. No window in main room or bathroom. Breakfast was patchy- sometimes appeared too much trouble. Hostel in process of being renovated

Great location, great view from the kitchen. host helped us when strikes impacted our planned activities.

Wifi connection was not good on 4th floor.
