Staff was lovely. Looked after my main luggage for 2 days while I went to Cusco. Organised transport from Cusco airport for me. Wonderful lady.

I was quite jet lagged/suffering a bit from altitude, and the noise from the hallway and lobby was quite loud. Water stops at midnight.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. Convenient location and a beautiful view from the window create a comfortable atmosphere. A nice touch was the complimentary water in the room. We arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but the staff were very understanding and prepared the room ahead of time. They also provided helpful recommendations on local attractions and dining options. The hosts are genuinely welcoming and attentive to their guests. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel is the best you could imagine in Ollantaytambo. It is about 100 feet from the entrance to the ruins, which we had an amazing view of from our room. It was quiet, just a little off the square in front of the ruins. It was about a 10 minute walk to the main square where there are many restaurants due the main bridge being out. Once that bridge is repaired, I would expect it to be about a five minute walk to the square. The breakfast was good. The whole place was exceedingly clean.

The shower situation wasn't the best. The water was cold. Even when the hot water heater ran, it didn't seem to produce hot water. It was our only complaint for the place.

Very nice breakfast with eggs, fruits, avocado and local bread. The family room has a view of the Incas ruins. Perfect location. The host helped with organizing driver for day trips.

Water facilities are not stable, but it seems to be a problem in the whole village. No heater.

Good location, nice stuff, breakfast. We can leave the luggage for one night when we went to Machupicchu.

We stayed in two different rooms because one night during that time we slept in Aguascalientes. And the second one was poor. No heating in the rooms.

This family place is best for its location!!! don't miss the amazing jewellery store across from the hotel, it's some of the finest work seen in Peru! Like in all of Peru we were treated kindly, given great suggestions and help. The family room had an amazing view of the ruins, comfortable beds and lots of space. There was only one heater one could rent from the main office, but nights were not too cold. Puma, the hotel cat, was the sweetest addition to our stay! Seriously, get some wire wrapped jewellery at the tienda across from them! :)

not a problem- but you should know that it took us a while to find the oweners, when you arrive it may be empty, go to the corner and ask for Eureka's staff and they will be right there!

    Location couldn’t be better.

We were told we could get breakfast to go before 6am. When we came down around 6am there was no sign of breakfast or anyone at all.

Quiet simple Hotel with super sweet host and adorable kitten (We love you Puma!) Breakfast was scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, bread, fruit, tea, and coffee. She even got up early to make us breakfast before our early train. Beds were comfy and warm. Clean room and bathroom. Hotel has an original aqueduct outside the main door, a souvenir market, and the ruins steps away. Super close to the main square as well (6 min walk) Walking distance to the train station (10-15 min walk). Overall a great stay and would come back!

This is not the hotel's fault but something to note: currently there is construction of a bridge and cars cannot get to the hotel. You must be dropped off at the main square and walk down a hill and over a temporary bridge which can get muddy in the rain. Regardless of this temporary inconvenience this hotel is worth staying at! Also, the rooms are located up some stairs so if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you.
