Rooms are just like the photos, and helpful staff. Lovely fruit salad, yoghurt, bread and eggs for breakfast in the courtyard. Location also very convenient and the laundromat next to the reception has fast turn around times.

We were there on a couple cold nights and although they did provide a space heater in the room it was still pretty cold, maybe some extra blankets in the room would have helped? Although I have no doubt they would have given us some if we had asked. The only other issue I think couldn't be controlled by the hotel, but our second night stay it sounded like someone had locked and anxious dog in the neighbor's yard just below our window and it barked all. night. long.

The breakfast was lovely, the location was amazing, the courtyard was beautiful, and the views were beautiful. The staff was very accommodating, they held our bags for two days while we went to machu picchu, and we got the same room back when we retuned. The whole facility was incredibly clean, and we had decent hot water (plenty for one good hot shower at a time, had to wait a couple hours for a second person to get hot water but still better than some of our other hotels). We really appreciated the service at breakfast.

You have to walk from the main square in Ollyantaytambo to this hotel. The pathway does not accommodate any vehicles. This info should be included in the hotel description as its not easy to walk with much luggage.

The staffs were very kind, and very responsive. They responded to my shuttle request in a very quick manner. The facility was lovely, and cozy to stay. They serve breakfast in the patio, and that was so good: the patio was quiet and beautiful, and the breakfast (egg, bread, fresh fruit juice, fresh cut fruits) was excellent. The location was also very good. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was awesome. I arrived early and was exhausted from travel. They let me sleep in the lobby until a room was ready. The hacienda style Spanish colonial architecture was beautiful, the courtyard lush and well maintained. Very close to the plaza.

We loved this property. It’s very centrally located close to the plaza de arms and many shops/restaurants. It had a comfy bed and lovely courtyard. The view was great - we could see the ruins from the third floor. The breakfast was also great: eggs, bread, fruit bowl, juice, coffee and tea.

Staff did not make much effort to communicate or connect, even though we had spanish people in our group. You felt as though no staff on sight.

Top floor rooms had charm, cute charming property, a bit quirky. Great breskfast but it was raining and had to sit under a tent, was a bit wet. Clean.

There wasn’t anything we didnt like about the property.

The location of the property to the main square and all the restaurants is fantastic. Fortunately and unfortunately, it is also super close to the emergency clinic, where we had to take out daughter as she was ill. The property itself it well maintained, unique and has pretty garden space with fantastic views of ruins in the mountains.

Luisa is such a cute, quite pretty hotel so close to the main square. Comfy beds, very clean room! I really enjoy stay, and the staff was always so helpful and welcoming. A beautiful little mountain town to relax, and enjoy the atmosphere.
