No flexibility on breakfast time. We arrived at the property at 4:30 am due to a severe train delay. Despite that the hostess was not willing to let us sleep in and take breakfast at a later time. She also overcharged us for the room; although after showing her the booking rate she eventually refunded the difference.

Good location, within easy walking distance of main sites.

• It’s humidity in the room. • My friend had no hot water when taking shower, after telling the staff, she asked us to wait for 30 minutes, but we waited about an hour before we got hot water. • Booking.com showed check-out at 11 am but the staff came to ask us to check out at 10 am. She said that because she was the only one cleaning the room... This staff really did a lot of work, the hotel should hire more staff to help...

A bit overpriced like whole aguas calientes. There was no teamaker in the room, no mountain view. There was also a glass above the door so when someone walked by, the light came into the room. Also a little noisy. The room was very tidy, and i liked the shower. It was my first hostel in Peru, out of 10, where there was a really functional shower with hot water.

The rooms smelt like a mix of strong air freshener and mold. Doors and windows were not secure. If you wanted fresh air in the room, you had to leave the window open which led out into the hallway and allowed anyone to enter our room.

The location was good. Close to restaurants, market, train and short walk to Machu bus. Staff was helpful. Allowed us to leave our bags for the day even though we checked out. Breakfast was a little better than a some of the other ones we had in Peru.

Staff is super friendly. She packed breakfast to go so we could still have food despite having a very early ticket to machu picchu.

We were surprised that there was no window in the room. It would be nice to make it clear in the description. Also if other guests are noisy, you can hear everything.

Very good price for the accommodation. Very nice and helpful staff. They can prepare your breakfast for takeaway if you want to go to Machu Picchu early in the morning.

Very nice lady working here. Room is good and clean but you dont have hot water in shower. Breakfast is tasty! Lady made our breakfast for 4:30 for take away because we want to Machu Picchu very early!😀😀 Thank you!

It was complicated to find the place due to the address. Several people in the city knows the place but in previous address. We have realized that sheets were not changed but not sure if was needed to inform and pay additional. Wifi was not strong but again not sure if was due to city location (in the valley)

Reception was really helpful and friendly. Location was near to the train station and it was possible to keep luggage in the B&B during Machu Picchu's visit. Place is near to the main street where it is possible to find several small shops, restaurants, etc.

Security was less than I'm used to in Peru... But maybe because it's a wealthy town it isn't necessary. Réveillé is at 5am.... Room windows open onto corridor so wake up time is when the first person gets up

The receptionist was really helpful, we had to go out for Machu Picchu trekking at 4,30AM and she prepared our take away breakfast in the early morning, also very clean place and really close to everything.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Good position for the train station and bus station to Machu Picchu. Breakfast was reasonable and started as early as 5 AM. They let us leave our extra luggage for the day.

Lovely lovely staff, super friendly and accommodating, even gave us breakfast to go at 5am when we hiked Machu piccu.

Our room had a window opening into a central courtyard that caught and amplified conversations in other rooms and apartments. If you are getting off early for your Machu Picchu visit then this won't be a problem in the morning.

Convenient and really aimed at the Machu Picchu visitor stay over. Everything was adequate.

The washroom is quiet small and our faucet was leaking a bit. Windows are to the inside of the building but thats ok.

The owner/ staff lady was incredibly helpful and nice. When we arrived she asked what time our MP tickets were for and if we had the bus tickets already and she sent me to buy them straight away as we had arrived quiet late. She packed our breakfast to go which was great as our ticket for MP was at 6am. Rooms are quiet comfy.

The room felt a bit humid. Not the best sound isolation but the hotel is quiet. There was a bit of delay for the breakfast to go despite asking about a specific time the day before so keep that in mind so you have some margin if you're in a hurry.

The room was nice and very clean, towels are included. Bed was comfortable and the staff very helpful and eager to help — we had our breakfast made to go at 5am. Breakfast was nice! Good location, in a part of the city that is a bit less touristy with small markets around and very close to the train station. There's a possibility to leave your luggage after checkout.
