Location is good. Staff is responsible and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Room is clean, bed is comfortable and there's hot shower:)

the lamp on the night stand didnt work, but I could live with it as well:p

The staff was very kind, she was very helpful. The price was super reasonable. Nice breakfast, simple but just what is needed.

There was some music early in the morning (8:30 am) but aside from that, it was good !!

The walls were really thin. We couldn't rest very good, we could hear all the sounds coming from the other rooms or other floors

Location was okay. Room was equipped with a heater and hairdryer, water in the shower was hot.

None of the personnel spoke any English. We had to request everything 2-3 times to get it. Provided towels were dirty and room was really humid, all our clothes were wet after our visit there. Windows are super bad, we were unable to close them, so it felt like we are sleeping on the street. Hygiene at breakfast was really bad. There was no running water in the sink and the toilet didn't flush.

The only thing we really liked about our stay here was that it was close to the center where we could get to things fairly easy.

Overall we wouldn't recommend people staying here. The night we first got there there was a big sign from the government saying that the hotel did not meet the standards and that they were going to close it down. We had two rooms. The one room was ok, but the in the other one the toilet leaked from the bottom and the seat was completely broken off. The sheets smelled like mold. On top of this, the first morning my kid fell down the steps because someone had spilled food and the staff had not cleaned it up properly. I showed this to them too, but like the other things, nothing was done about it.

Location was great, they accommodated our requests, check-in was easy, and they held our bags while we toured Machu Picchu.

No flexibility on breakfast time. We arrived at the property at 4:30 am due to a severe train delay. Despite that the hostess was not willing to let us sleep in and take breakfast at a later time. She also overcharged us for the room; although after showing her the booking rate she eventually refunded the difference.

• It’s humidity in the room. • My friend had no hot water when taking shower, after telling the staff, she asked us to wait for 30 minutes, but we waited about an hour before we got hot water. • Booking.com showed check-out at 11 am but the staff came to ask us to check out at 10 am. She said that because she was the only one cleaning the room... This staff really did a lot of work, the hotel should hire more staff to help...
