We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomYou can niggle about things, but 24 years of visiting Peru has taught me that perfect is rare even if you pay big bucks. The aircon was temperamental, but they quickly resolved this. Cleaner, better maintained and safer than most it’s worth every sole. We would come back.
Most rooms come with Aircon and for a reasonable price. The pool area is very nice, comfortable sun loungers, pool is clean enough considering the amount of atmospheric dust. Rooms are Clean and mainly quiet. No stupid boom box playing three cord rhythms until 4 am. You can hear others in the area, but you won’t get away from it completely. Breakfast is served with tea and is a rotation of Scrambled egg, Avocado, Cheese Ham and olives, Omelette. All served with fresh white buns and jam and butter. The breakfast is very good and sufficient. The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked 5 days and extended for 5 more, because we failed to find better for even 50% more expensive. The Booking.com pictures are a good representation of the hotel. Beach turn right then left and find the sandy beach with pay to use Sun loungers, they even sell Drinks at low prices. I always paid more, they are fantastic.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel with a lovely pool area close to the beach and close to the restaurants and bars in Mancora. The owner and the staff are really kind and helpful, and they even offered us a free ride to the bus station when our motor-taxi didn’t arrive. Fast and stable WiFi and good breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

The staff are really friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and tidy, the pool area, sun loungers and hammocks are comfortable, the rooms nice and spacious with great beds, good bathrooms and mosquito nets, and the breakfast is plentiful. The hotel is also close to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!
