Had a Terrace and a own kitchen

I waited nearly 2 hours to finally realice i just had to knock the door of the nearby agency, which at the same time was the hostel. I was confused of what the staff said, since they said would be in 330 A and not 330. Why didn’t they came out to tell me that they are nearby. (I wrote them to be standing next 330!) That’s the only thing ;)

Bed setting with bedside shelf, light and plug all next to the bed.

Shower water could be hotter, it only gets to lukewarm.

The price

We were in a room in a basement (sótano) without any window to clean the air a bit. It was cold and dark

The rooms were clean

We were put into the wrong room twice and had to ask for a discount as they wouldn’t put us in the one we originally booked. No hot water even at 7pm at night and on the last night our room had no water at all. There’s no atmosphere here but it seems the people who live there who were up partying until almost 1am every night and you can hear everything that goes on in the halls. The staff were rude and we had to complain multiple times everyday and demand a discount for our stay. The location isn’t very good you’re worth spending a bit more to stay somewhere else

I like the kitchen and the space they have on the top, it has nice view, and everyone there were so friendly.

The wi-fi wasn't working at first. The bathroom has a hole in the wall.

The place is good enough if you’re looking for low cost option and just staying there just for night between other adventures. The room was spacious and clean. The terrace is fine to eat or have a workout.

The toilet in our room didn’t have a seat. The ceiling in bathroom was covered with black mold. You have to ask for towels and toilet paper, they don’t just give it to you. The kitchen was poorly equipped and the fridge very dirty. When I asked for cleaning, the lady was surprised and didn’t do anything about it. The bed was very used and grooved, so my back hurt after 3 night.

no hot water no working wifi no breakfast staff kept knocking on the door every hour the morning i checked in at 7am...booked for two nights the night before... traffic is so loud outside.. lots of honking starts at 5am .windows are not sealed so they might as well be open

Quite basic on all fronts. Couldn’t pay by card even though it’s advertised. Also no change for cash payment when I was there

The room and all the common's areas were clean, comfortable bed. The staff is friendly, the place is near to the central park and public's bus stations.

View was beautiful from the kitchen. Could cook and had enough pots etc. Nice size private room and was tidy when we arrived

Major downsides to getting a cheap room- Black mould in the bathroom which meant we didn't want to use the shower (I told the owner who apologised but didn't seem surprised) Mattress was super springy so not comfortable to sleep on

Staff there are friendly. You can see the whole city in their roof bar.
